Some of the smoothest coffee I've had in ages.
Possibly the best breakfast sandwich around, we drive 20 min from Hillsboro just for breakfast here. Thanks for always rocking and doing what you do!

We've been here before and we thought it was worth a return visit. It's worth a stop even if it's just for the beautiful architecture of the building and the area. Restored interior with high ceilings, clean bathroom. We wanted breakfast, but it was too late at 11:20🤔, tho' i don't remember seeing that on the website. So he ordered a calzone (?) for breakfast and I had a blueberry scone, both good. But the coffee was very weak! And it's a coffee shop!

This place is definitely a must go!!! My sister and I went. We both ordered vanilla cinnamon lattes (iced). Both of them were delicious! We also ordered a blueberry scone (which they warmed up for us) to share. When they brought it out, they even brought us a plastic knife so it was easier to share (without us having to ask). The scone was delightful. The atmosphere was super clean and modern, while also still feeling cozy. They had a book wall, too, with plenty of books you could read; you can also take a book from the wall home with you (to keep). Overall, this place felt like a little gem!

Beautiful wrap-around front porch to hang out on with your doggies! Friendly employees and DELICIOUS food and coffee! Had the raspberry mocha and caramel toffee latte and they were super good! The breakfast sandwiches are great too! Loved this place!

Went to the new Xenia location. Coffee was good but did not appreciate my customer service experience. Gave my order to someone else who ordered the same thing 3 orders after me. 20 minute wait to get what I ordered with no apology.

Amazingly cute and friendly place. The barista was sweet and thoughtful with my order - they have a robust drink menu and the associates are so personable they will have conversations with guests.

OMG LOVE IT. the kava house family and my own have been fairly good friends for a long time, so I got to wach the place open ! I have had a lot of amazing memories and in alll it’s a great place. Me and my friends now always go to hang out and get scones! They have a amazing chocolate raspberry scone that they don’t make a lot but it’s HEVEN ! I Encourage you to stop by !

Great place. I had a meeting there, and it was not noisy.

One of my favorite places in town! All of the drinks and food are delicious. The salted caramel latte is a personal favorite.
