Special Grounds Coffee

My sister and I had a lunch while working on a workbook together here. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We sat in the back and the lighting was not too dim but not bright at all. There were others sipping their drinks and eating without interrupting us. It was a great balance of light and noise. We both had the southwest chicken salad with a dragonfruit lemonade with an oatmeal cream pie cookie, all was fantastic. We will be returning more often🤍

Visited for the first time today. Nice, clean and bright atmosphere with an additional seating area that’s quieter, with more muted lighting. I had a cappuccino, a sausage breakfast sandwich (best sausage ever!) and an exquisite cranberry shortbread tart. I also had a taste of their massive peanut butter cookie. All were delicious! High quality place with friendly and attentive staff. I was impressed and will visit again!

I absolutely love this coffee shop! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. It is a great spot to grab a coffee with a friend or for some independent study.

I love coffee. The opportunity to get coffee and support a business that is making a great difference in the autism community is golden. Great service, great local shop to support.

"Redskins rocky road" that name speaks volumes about your company. "But we are just helping support a fundraiser for a school". Did you ever stop and question if that's indeed something you should do? You're in Ohio, and a school from Michigan asked you to help with the fundraiser. Did you stop and ask yourself why a school in another state is asking you instead of a local in state company? "Well everyone here in Michigan won't support our racist fundraiser, so let's ask one in Ohio!" That's literally what happened. And you took it upon yourselves to not only support their decision but you supplied the product with the slur on it. I truly hope whoever was the genius that made that decision realizes what a mistake it was and prevents the encouragement of racism moving forward.

The best of the best is worth the drive! I'm coming here for now on. It is peaceful beautiful, help are friendly and beautiful it is a non-for-profit business, proceeds go to children and adults that work here and Sara's Garden! The coffee is absolutely the best I've ever had! Actually such a beautiful day today I'm going back out there today.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Absolutely love the coffee drinks and I always make sure to grab a couple peanut butter cookies for me and my fur babies. The breakfast burrito is yummy! I've also had the breakfast sandwich, protein balls, and the southwest salad. They have other sandwiches for lunch, salads, desserts and tea drinks. You should go there atleast once. It's my favorite place.
