I placed an order for 12 bags of coffee during their sale and received a notification my order was ready - when I got there they handed me two bags and I asked “are all 12 bags of coffee there?” Upon checking - 3 were missing - the employee texted and called for 30 minutes trying to find a manager - she finally took my info and said they would ship the 3 missing bags to me-today I received a call from the “manager” who said I can come pick up my coffee - I asked if it could be delivered since I sat there for 30 minutes already waiting for my missing coffee yesterday - she said no then I asked for something for all the i convenience - “I cant give away anything.- I could give you a free drink on your rewards card” all I really wanted was my missing coffee shipped to me like I was promised - so from now on I will just go to Boston Stoker.

What a great place this is! I ordered the Buckeye Frappe and it qas extremely delicious. Not too sweet and great chocolate / PB ratio. I also bought a small box of chocolates for my ride home and i'm eating them now. Yum! If I lived in the area, I would visit often!

I was the only customer in store. Young lady rolled her eyes when I asked about Tues special. Made me feel like I was interrupting. I will go elsewhere from now on. ( similar experience prior visit ).

Lovely quaint place connected to a bookstore. Plenty of great candies and good coffee. Service was excellent and not too busy.

I stopped visiting this location because all of the staff seem like absolutely miserable people. No smiles, no greeting when you walk in, rolls their eyes when you order a Frappuccino. I just ordered a $5 drink from this location that I threw away because the barista was too preoccupied with a phone call and made it completely wrong. I won't be back. I strongly recommend you visit the Piqua or Miller Lane locations, as their employees still have manners and personalities.

There was a mix up with my order. No replacement or refund when I had even left a tip. Just basically said oh well and that was it. I'm a longstanding 3x Weekly winans customer but I won't be visiting this location anymore.

Always a great stop when we are in town. Best specialty coffee and drinks ever. Picked up a new book for our girl to read in the car ride home. Always very helpful staff and the best Barista in town.

The worst lattes I’ve ever had. As someone that has grown up with Winans, it’s very disappointing to continually get flavored lattes that taste like hot water. I’ve given them so many attempts and unfortunately have to chose franchises like Starbucks and Boston stoker to get a decent coffee.

I love Winans coffee! They have great blend and awesome chocolate! It’s close to all your shopping needs so grab a drink to go! Barnes and noble is also located right next to it so you could also stop and read a book! The baristas there are really friendly!
