The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was very welcoming and being able to customize your bubble tea and frozen yogurt was incredible. Not too mention they have puzzles and board games in there to play

One kid wanted bubble tea, the other one frozen yogurt so we found the perfect place to get both. I wouldn’t have ordered anything for myself but saw the option of ordering almond milk and adjusting the level of sugar and I loved my drink. Lots of customization is possible on the screen where you order and this also allowed me to order no ice. All of us were happy with our choices! Staff were very friendly too. We’ll definitely be back!

Really cute and friendly! Had so many options and the boba tasted amazing!

workers were nice and helpful! they have a large selection of drinks and teas which is cool.
Pokemon themed decor was minimal but cute, I was dissatisfied because the tapioca pearls in my bubble tea were overcooked, also. the toppings for the froyo were kind of limited.
they only have one dairy free option, orange sherbert, wasnt upset about that but thats helpful to know!
overall i think there are better bubble tea experiences in toledo but me and my partner had a nice time playing their games.

UPDATE: Still no refund. I paid cash.

I was excited to check this place out, because who doesn’t like Pokémon?
I walked in and not a single thing was different other than decor compared to Lola’s that was there previously. Not even repainted walls. Sticker deals, a plastic banner and pokemon figures and stuffed animals. The floors weren’t redone either, so it looks old and dirty.
I like the self ordering but why am I paying for less ice or no ice? No free boba/tapioca for your drink either, and those are 50 cents EACH and it’s maybe a tablespoon worth.
By the time I was done and I ordered, I paid 8.25 for one bubble tea. One.
There’s a place in the lot where Chick-fil-A is that is cheaper overall from start to finish, and also Balance Pan-Asian Grille. Both places are cheaper, offer more, and include bubbles right off the bat and don’t charge for less ice or none at all.
I walked out a little miffed over spending nearly 10 dollars for this single drink and sorely disappointed. :(
Also — online ordering doesn’t charge for less ice, and does not offer no ice. This screenshot is precisely what I ordered. That’s a whopping dollar difference. So that’s cool. 🙃

A very nice place, tried it since I don't really know about places that offer those pop flavor balls. Tea and frozen yogurt was very good.

Ordered the Tiger tea, two orders of frozen yogurt, and mochi. Super yummy and the vibe in the store was awesome! They have an Xbox set up as well as multiple games to play. Also, the employees working were super welcoming, friendly, informational, and helpful. Loved it!

I had a Taro slush. It was very good. Staff was very nice.

It was good but just disappointed in their online order option. No toppings listed. First time ordering and ordered the vanilla and cheesecake only to receive vanilla frozen yogurt with a little cheesecake flavoring. No cheesecake bites which would have made sense ☹️

Ah yes.
We're big Pokemon fans and came here on Pokemon Go community day. Decor was cute but something was off. Pretty sure this place isn't licensed by Nintendo, as a lot of the art looked a little bootleg. Two drinks came out to fifteen dollars and the largest size drinks are more like mediums. I ordered a taro drink with a little ice, tapioca and a cream cheese float. My husband ordered a very simple drink. Somehow they got both of them wrong. His had ice when he didn't ask for any and no tapioca. Mine didn't have the float and no ice. Girl at the counter didn't greet us or say anything at all when she brought us our drinks. Drink was gone in four sips and I felt oddly nauseous afterwards.
All I can say is don't ask to receive texts from the store when your drink is ready. Cause it's been over twenty four hours and I'm still getting texted.
