Wonderful! Intimate setting, wrap was delicious, staff was very friendly!!

Literally every time that I have been here, I have never been acknowledged with a hello, a smile, an asking if I had any questions or even if I'm ready to order. There is an arrogance about the barista's. The muffin I had was delicious and I love the atmosphere but the staff is lacking in personality and hospitality skills. I have friends that like to meet here. Unfortunately, I'm not looking forward to my next visit.

Came here on their anniversary and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The pastries and coffee were delicious and I can not wait to visit again! The location is also really cute as well. I would highly recommended giving this place a try! You won't be disappointed :)

Plate 21 is a wonderful local coffee shop with great ambiance. I love their assortment of loose leaf teas, their steel-cut oatmeal (with various toppings!) and their edamame kale salad. They really do have a wonderful selection of food and beverages - and they are all so friendly to boot. Highly recommend.

Hidden gem. Cozy atmosphere, Barista was helpful and friendly. Ordered the Coffee Frappe with honey ginger; not as sweet as I personally like but very good!! Love supporting small/local businesses.

Nice atmosphere, staff was very nice. I had two different muffins, cinnamon and butter rum. Both amazing. Also had a smoothie that was delightful. It is a little pricey though.

Place was really cute - both the indoor & outdoor dining.
The employees were super nice and the place was clean.
