Bailiwicks Coffee Company

Sort of eclectic looking inclusive coffee shop with art for sale on the walls and hand made sweets from the shop next door. There's also a meeting room, free wifi, a shareable books reading rack, two bathrooms both labeled "all gender restroom", and a pride flag themed "everyone welcome" sign on one wall. I think the only non-inclusive part of the place is that it is in a historic building with front steps and no wheelchair access.

The whole time I was here there were people constantly in and out. Service seemed decently paced except for a couple personal conversations between employees and locals, but nothing you shouldn't expect in a small town corner shop. My latte was decent (same thing I order everywhere) but nothing to write home about. Priced comparable to any other similar coffee place.

Love this place! We have family here and one of my must stop places while visiting here is Bailiwicks Coffee. And not just once but twice per day. Great coffee and atmosphere. Just wish they were open later to 6 or 7 pm.

Odd ball set up for the area to order, product laying on the floor and kinda miserable employees who could care less you 'chose to spend your money here'- that vibe seemed to come from the owner... Ramshackle Goodwill chairs and tables that do not fit together and all the wrong height - a little more polish/finish and might have stayed longer and spent more. The decor has a garage sale look and could use some help. Just not a fan however the drinks were decent.

Bailiwicks offers high-quality coffee, roasted locally. The monthly specials are fun and unique. Grab a bag of beans to go to have Bailiwicks at home. Friendly, fast service and a great atmosphere for reading or working.

Great corner coffee shop, reading areas and awesome drinks. Bought some Buckeye flavored fresh beans to try at home. Love the decor and atmosphere!

Stopped in this morning for a coffee and hung out for a couple hours while I worked. The shop was very busy while I was there (about 8:15-10ish) with a long line that was a bit slow to get through. It was almost all to go orders though and I had the entire back room to myself the entire time I was there. There was plenty of seating and tables to work at.

I had a light roast Costa Rica that was on drip and it was good!

Edit: went back the next day with my wife and the line was very long and slow again, so that seems to be the norm. My wife got the pumpkin coffee on daily brew which she had to add a handful of packets of sugar to for it to be drinkable. I tried the Kenya AA they had on daily brew which tasted a bit over roasted and was pretty much on the boarder of what I would actually drink vs what I would just dump out.

All in all the hit or miss coffee and slow service, might make this your best option in Tiffin, but not something I would recommend as a must if you're visiting town.

Wonderful selection of coffees. Charming sitting areas. Beautiful artworks for sale. I wish that they would add some more seating, they have the room for it. If you can get a seat, it's a relaxing place to converse and hang out with friends. Limited offering of pastries and treats. We would have bought more had it been available.

Great coffee shop in a great location! I love the edition of local art for sale. Coffee is great, and employees are friendly, definitely check this one out if you have not. 👍🏼👍🏼

This is a wonderful coffee shop. The drinks are great. I recently figured out that if I order a steamer but get it blended with ice, I can have a vegan milkshake. The people are great. It's a great place to hang out. I often come here to hang out with my knitting and crocheting group.
