I visited twice in the same week from out of town. The first visit was great and I was so excited to see such a cozy local coffee shop nearby. I ordered one of the special lattes from the menu and was not disappointed. So yummy! Service was great and I was excited to return. On my second visit, I ordered the same hot drink (why mess with a good thing) and it didn’t taste the same at all. I was really disappointed with the inconsistency. The front counter service wasn’t great either. Not friendly or helpful. The gal who took my order had a book on the counter and it just seemed that customers were interrupting reading time. I ordered a breakfast item and it was prepared impeccably so that saved the day for me.

Wonderful spot for coffee! Had a great time here while waiting for my car to be finished at the nearby Midas. Friendly and efficient service, great prices and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend this spot for coffee and healthy snacks!!

What a cute and cool coffee shop! They have baked goods and even some gluten free vegan muffins that were delicious! Great vibe for work/study

Hello I must- MUST- encourage people to try the grilled cheese sandwiches, especially if you need gluten- and dairy-free food!!! I ordered to vegan grilled cheese on gluten free bread. The staff member who took my order very patiently explained what kind of cheese it is (Daiya), and that it's a good one for grilled cheese. I trusted that and thank GOODNESS I did. The sandwich was grilled to perfection, the bread somehow chewy and not crumbly like a lot of gluten free brands, the cheese piping hot and savory and delicious...onions, spinach, tomatoes, and some nicely smoky mushrooms UGH DELICIOUS. To be honest, all I was expecting today was some oat milk latte (which is also yummy) to go with my work today, but I am so glad I decided to check out the gluten free offerings here.

We were really excited to attend Yelp’s Perk at Heritage Coffee event because we are avid coffee fans and love exploring new coffee shops that we’ve never been to before. And who could turn down a free coffee and pastry?!
The place is really nice with a cool vibe, very clean and minimal with chill music playing in the background. The staff is very friendly and they are really adamant on keeping the place sanitized and everything recyclable if you’re into that sort of thing. I ordered a large caramel latte with oat milk and received a free cinnamon roll with it. My wife ordered a small caramel macchiato and blueberry scone.
Unfortunately the coffee did not live up to our expectations. I was happy to hear that they made their own oat milk but my excitement was shot down when we tasted the coffee. The issue with homemade oat milk is that it’s too watery and it takes over the flavor of the coffee and any flavor added to lattes. So I could not taste any coffee or caramel in my latte and my wife’s macchiato was similar. Also the cinnamon roll was too gooey in the middle for my taste, and the scone was a little too dense and cold as well.
Maybe what we ordered was not right for us and maybe their other items are a lot better, but at least everything else was really good about this coffee shop. I hope they have the best of luck with their business.

Been here three times and each time hope the service and drinks are better and more consistent but each time it is a bigger disappointment. The employees are not friendly, very abrupt, and when you ask questions they make it feel like an inconvenience. I sat working at a table and saw people walk in and they were never greeted and when there was a bit of a line there was never a “we’ll be with you in a minute” remark or a smile to the people waiting to acknowledge them. For a local coffee shop I expect better than that. Each time the drinks taste completely different almost like each person makes it differently and the seasonal drinks all sound great and flavorful but they all taste very bland and underwhelming. Hope them the best and they train and work on their customer service qualities.

Was not expecting this kind of cool, chill cafe in the middle of Solon. But, here we are an I gotta say, I loved it. It's quiet enough to get some work done or chat with a friend but it stays steadily busy. Definitely try their quiche! Very friendly and pleasant customer service too.

Was in the area for a bit and searched online for a coffee shop. This one came up. Glad i went. Very good latte. I believe it was a honey lavender latte. Looked like a nice little coffee shop. Would definitely stop by again next time I'm in the area.

Thank for making sure my first visit was a bad one. I stopped in to try your coffee that I’ve wanted to try for a while. I smiled and said hello. You shook you head, announced you were closed and came out from around the counter looking annoyed and made sure I left. Nice first impression. 😳🙁

Top 3 coffee shop I've been to (the others being Scribbles in Kent and Silverhorse in PA). Tried their mocha... robust, dark, smooth, rich, delicious. Highly recommend.
