Biggby Coffee New Philadelphia, Ohio

Biggby has been a welcome and refreshing new addition to New Philadelphia! We have had great service with attention to detail which includes mixing our drinks(or chopping, I think it’s called) and making sure they are correctly made. In particular, Breelynn is friendly and goes out of her way to make customers feel special. We will definitely continue to visit Biggby!

Last time I was there the coffee tasted like chemicals (vanilla iced)

Also asked the girl about the owners other business & was pretty much shut down because "she doesn't believe in it"

Luke always greets you how every person should be greeted. You can tell they take pride in their business. My favorite person to hear on the other side of the speaker!! Everything is always so good👍👍

This place is fantastic, worth the money ..so authentic I love it and all the staff is so wonderful. At first I was iffy because of the price but then I took a drink and definitely knew why their price was the way it was . Would definitely recommend, worth every penny .

Everything I have tried from BIGGBY COFFEE I have like!! I love the great customer service!! Every time I go to BIGGBY COFFEE everyone is always happy and polite!! They always have a smile on their face! I have not been anywhere in a long time that every time you go back you get great customer service every time!!

Just about every time I order - items that are listed on their website, NOONE has a freakin’ clue what I’m ordering.
Then it has to be repeated about half a dozen times.
They repeat it back wrong.
You either have to take several extra minutes correcting them or except an item you don’t want.

It’s not as though I’m ordering items they don’t offer either.
They just seem inept at knowing their menu items.
And I repeatedly try to communicate at a pace that they can keep up with the item I’m requesting.
Overall this place is a disappointment.

It’ll need to either stop happening or I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
