Relax, It’s Just Coffee

The coffee and chai tea are wonderful! The staff is great. Lots of freshly baked goodies to choose from. Great seating, to meet friends and chat. A little spendie, but soooooo worth it! I go every week

A bunch of my friends go here, and my first time was awesome! I got a triple macchiato and it was delicious! Hipstery vibe and I love it. Great prices too!

Great, locally owned coffee shop. Prices are very friendly and so is the staff. Lots of room to get work done too. Definitely the place for coffee in Mansfield.

Move over Starbucks and your terrible coffee. If you want real coffee go to relax. Great people to talk too, hot or cold coffee is fantastic, and if your lucky you can get a tart from the bakery. Love this place, start going.

I've been coming for a few years now off and on, and I'm not as impressed anymore with the coffee!

The atmosphere is really good, plenty of seats, and I really like the pastries - these are the things I love about coming!

But I'm not impressed with the coffee. Originally they were using beans from Staufs, but they have started roasting there own, which I think is great! Except that I don't particularly like the roasts.

Their espresso roast is way too dark, might as well go to Starbucks. The blend they used from Staufs was blended with both lighter and darker roasts, and had a great flavor. If I wanted burnt coffee, Starbucks is my dream! There isn't any difference once you roast beyond 2nd crack, you eclipse the profile of the beans in favor of just a dark roast... It all tastes the same: dark, burnt, stringent, and bitter.

It's sad. They could produce great single origin roasts highlighting the flavor profiles of coffee from different regions...but instead they roast past 2nd crack.

Recommend the Carrousel Coffee and a muffin on the run

Love stopping here when working in Mansfield. Only complaint would be that there is a nonexistent difference between medium and large cold drinks (2 ounces I think) not worth the extra dollar. Coffee, baked goods, service, and vibe are all 5 stars so one small gripe won't make me drop a star.

Great local coffee shop that easily beats the chain stores. It's lack of polish adds to the charm of the place. And on the weekends you are very likely to have some form of live entertainment with your favorite caffeinated beverage.

I love this coffee shop, it's super fun and funky. The coffee is delicious. There are several different blends of coffee and tea to choose from, most of which is local or made in store and the staff is very friendly. They even do open Mic nights. Good times!
