Relax, It’s Just Coffee

I don't get to this coffee shop nearly as often as I'd like, but when I do visit it doesn't disappoint. It reminds me why I fell in love coffee shops originally; it's not about grabbing a quick caffeine fix to go or chugging sugary mixed concoctions. This place has a timeless, cool coffee house vibe that beckons you to pack a good read and stay a while within its walls while the world continues to run wild & hectic outside. It can be your sanctuary for quiet reflection over a thoughtfully roasted & brewed cuppa, a cozy get-away for a good catch-up with a friend, or your favorite place to study/ work.

Way better than Starbucks!!!! I always get the same thing...Milky Way Frappe. There was 1 summer I went almost everyday because they are so amazing in the summer. But I get them all year round even tho it's a frozen drink.

Good place, but be prepared to pay a little more. The day-old pastries for a dollar are a great thing to get though. Good atmosphere, quiet and nice decorations. Really enjoyed their blended drinks, although the dirty chai was a little weak. They have got some solid hot coffees and take them very seriously.

Update: recently has not been family friendly at all with new products they offer at the sales counter.

The pour-over was really good. Unfortunately, sometimes you have regrets. I bought their average-looking cream cheese pastry, and it was extremely fresh with an excellent taste. I now regret that I did not buy two. I wish they would have been courteous enough to suggest purchasing more than one ... what can you do.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I got a cappuccino and sat for hrs just reading despite quite a few people coming in and out. The espresso was not dead, even tried a few different drinks to make sure, they do not kill their shots! Best coffee experience I've had in ages...

Phenomenal customer service, lovely bakery items with gluten-free options. TASTY strawberry lemon scone! But, the coffee RULES. I wish I lived nearby!!!

I absolutely love everything about Relax! And Blackbird Bakery! I love the quality of the ingredients, both the coffee and baked goods, and I love the atmosphere. I hail from the Portland OR area and Relax makes me feel right at home!

Heya! I'll be back for more Highlander coffee! That coffee smells so good I'd say it's worth every penny! Also, thank you for keeping the shop clean! Kudos to y'all! Seriously!
