Came here to try one of the crazy milkshakes. To quickly sum it up: underwhelming and overpriced.
When you first walk in, it looks hastily put together. There's not much order to the layout and quite a bit of just stuff about. A lot of handcrafted decorations (which could like great with a bit more care) and an odd penny wall by your table.
The staff greeted us when we approached the counter but didn't offer to help with anything unless directly asked. Once done serving, they just sat at the register on their phones. Considering every table needed whipped down, they should have been working more (there was only 1 other table there with us).
The ice cream options seemed exciting (even vegan options available) but flavor was not great. I split the peanut butter outrageous monster shake with a friend. The toppings sit on a heaping amount of bland whipped cream and are the cheap grocery store brownies and swiss rolls you get in a box; nothing freshly made. The milkshake itself barely had any peanut butter taste. I was very disappointed in the flavor and wished I had went to DQ instead.
I can say I tried it out, but do not have any desire to go back again.

Rick helped us pick an ice cream, extremely friendly and willing to answer any of our questions! We had the orange dream and vanilla bean. It was great! Great service, good product. Rick really made the experience better. Thank you!

The customer service was fun and friendly. The variety of options was creative. You can go in wanting a pastrami sandwich, a fancy espresso or an icecream sundae. I ordered a Vegan Macchiato. Twas delicious! Others ordered keylime icecream, salted caramel icecream, and cotton candy. Everyone was satisfied! The do offer sampling! Weird music playing...kinda 70s drug crowd music 😂....with green dots circulating the walls....but was fun! Highly recommend...

Taken so much care to create a Latte & Frappuccino & it was worth every sip..... Clean, pure ingredients, and served up by an employee that put love into every drop. My daughter & I agreed, best ever!

Nitro. Brew. That’s all I have to say. (Better than) the quality of Starbucks at a fraction of the price. Fantastic, we loved it. Stephanie was very personable and well educated on the science of coffee. We highly recommend!!

The concept is neat however, they don’t follow their recipes on what the shakes say they include. My friend and I both ordered the Cookie Monster craze which tasted minty and didn’t have the right toppings, and my other friend got an Oreo on her peanut butter shake. It took way to long for the product we received, and some of us got our shakes with no Parchment paper and the spoons were dirty. Also the owner’s joke about forgetting our credit card was odd and not funny. I can see why people are saying it’s not cozy because, they’re chairs are fat phobic.

Best place for breakfast on Madison Ave cause they make it fresh! My go to is their bfast burrito. Their coffee and ice cream is delicious too

Amazing! We went to the new location inside Meijer’s in Stow for a special treat for my daughter. Service with a smile, making memories for sure!

Owner was nice, But place seemed messy and dark and in disarray. I was unable to try a float since they were out of an ingredient. My teens love it though so I may give it a second chance.
