Addicted Coffee Bar - Lakewood

I just tried Addicted for the first time this morning and I’m hooked! Seriously THE BEST cold brew coffee I’ve ever had. The young lady working was so helpful with the menu and very friendly. Will definitely be back soon to try more options!

I had arrived at 7:40 before cut off time, there was 2 children ahead of us and the two girls working there were playing along with them taking their time, therefore it was a little bit of a wait which was ok. But by the time I was next in line the first thing the girl says is “You aren’t going to order the big shake are you?” Yes I wanted a addicted shake (which is there bigger shake) I had drove 20 minutes out of my way to get one. They said they don’t make them 15 minutes till close even though they were making one for the costumer in front of me. The 2 girls are slow and don’t have good customer service. Disappointed I will not be going back to actually try it now, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Solid coffee and ice cream. Ice cream flavors were a little basic when I visited. Also didn't yet try some of there more exotic coffee offerings. Staff was friendly, fast, helpful. All in all, a nice little shop

Go here all the time. My partner hates the cold brew taste. I love the large lates. Only one server working at a time so there's usually a wait. Needs more staff.

After waiting in line for 15 minutes we got turned away because they quit making the bigger shakes at 7:45. We were in line since 7:40 and were behind 2 little children ordering, and the employees played along and answered all their questions instead of doing their job and then telling us they won’t make the item we came out of our way and waited for. I believe an exception should have been made as we were the last customers and both employees had seen us walk in before the cut off time. We will not be returning to this poorly ran establishment

Bad service, real bad with masks at the height of the pandemic, drinks too sweet. I requested a breakfast burrito with no cheese, confirmed multiple times I still wanted bacon, and they still didn't give me bacon.

This place is awesome. The ice cream & coffee is so delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly. I will definitely be back to try that p'nut overdose shake.

This is the best coffee I have ever had. Seriously. It's a bit out of the way for me on my morning commute but so very much worth it. I'm going to have to try to get up 10 minutes earlier every day just so I can make Addicted part of my morning routine!

it's a novelty place. you get a shake once and it's great for pictures, but the quality of coffee has went downhill since last year. i can't even take a few sips before throwing it out now.

Staff is friendly and extremely welcoming! Coffee and ice cream is delicious! Staff is helpful when you need to make decisions about what to order, which is awesome because you'll want to try it all and they know their stuff !
