In town visiting and needed some breakfast. Found this nice little place and got two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. One on a bagel and one on Texas toast. I really liked mine and my Mom loved hers. Sandwiches quite large and would not have received the amount of food for the money at any fast food place. Place appeared clean and people were all nice. Would definitely go back.

Had a really delicious double shot espresso here! The staff was so friendly. I went with a friend whose son knocked her drink over after only a couple sips and they remade it for her (she hadn’t asked for it) and they were so kind about cleaning up the spill. I just thought that was absolutely top notch.

So happy I was able to try B-Side Coffee Bar! The iced lavender latte with oat milk did not disappoint and I love that you have online ordering to make grabbing my morning cup before work so easy! I also l loved that everyone was so warm and friendly as soon as I walked through the door. I will definitely be back soon and can’t wait to work my way through the menu!

I really like the energy of the place, and the staff are nice!
I ordered to go. Unfortunately, my cappuccino was a little botched. The milk was over frothed and burnt. It wouldn't be the biggest deal as the coffee shop is new, but I paid $4.50 for an 8 oz cappuccino, which is pretty steep in my opinion.
I will be back to try again some time in the future, to see if it has improved or if my experience was one-off.

although my drinks and food were excellent, the staff was exceptional! people remember how you make them feel, and in this case, that's a plus! thanks for bringing a comfortable community coffee shop to Huber. ❤️❤️❤️

We came to B-Side coffee searching for a wake up, and we sure got it! Friendly staff,quick service, AND they support local Roller Derby team Gem City Roller Derby (who MY team, Royal City Roller Derby came to play,from Canada.)

The coffee is amazing as well as the breakfast sandwiches. The barista (can’t remember their name) & cook, Martha went above and beyond to accommodate my dairy allergy.

Food and coffee are delicious (i recommend the almond bar, honey bourbon, and BLT), all the baristas are very kind! My only gripe would be there isn't a ton of space and it can be unclear where the line starts. But for having opened so recently, they are doing great! It's awesome to have a local coffee shop in the neighborhood!

Update: I really want to like this place but the lack of consistency and listening of the employees is a bit disappointing. Came in today to ask for a bagel (which was wonderful last time) asked for extra toasted. I get a giant box (out of boxes) toaster broken so they grilled it, and it makes the bagels soggy? I think the last girl put it in the oven wrapped it nicely and cut it. Today is was just floppy and chewy, not what I asked for and not well communicated. The second time I came I asked for a 16 oz hot matcha, they don’t do that, it’s only iced, but doesn’t say that anywhere. The next time I came I ordered an iced matcha and the employee didn’t know how to make it, she remade it to hot and it still wasn’t great and was just a lump of matcha. I think I’ll just stick to hot coffee or a latte for now. Employees need more training.
Please don’t grill bagels, they never come out good. If you aren’t going to toast or cook right why offer it on the menu and charge more than anywhere else in Dayton? I mean $5 for a bagel w/ cream cheese should be good, as the bagels are artisan and really good.
Also they work really slow here if there a line expect 10-15 minutes to get anything besides a coffee.
Just moved here this week and discovered this place. My new go to. The employees are also really friendly. To anyone leaving negative comments about prices (below). It’s 2023, they have a business to run. Things aren’t free, and Costs all around have gone up. If you get out of Dayton you’ll see how much more expensive things can be, and that it’s not that bad. Highly recommend to try this place.
