The west side of hamilton is the slowest place I've ever seen. It took 45 min just for 2 drinks the drive thru. The location sucks and the parking also is jorrible

Young man Ryan was an absolute angel but that other girl I think her name is Amy is totally unprofessional and gave me the worst customer service. Will not ever go back.

The bagels sandwiches are awesome. Unfortunate the coffee is roasted burnt. Way too bitter. However the smoothies make up for it. Stop burning the coffee and I'll give you 5 stars.

First time, not bad, got some smoothies and a caramel coffee, the smoothies weren't really good in my opinion, coffee was pretty good, too strong for me but Ashley liked it, macarons were amazing, raspberry was fabulously fantastic

Easily the best coffee place on the east side of the river in Hamilton Ohio. awesome service with a true customern first approach. I was running late and misplaced a bogo. Coupon given to me s few days prior and the barista was somkind as to wave me off when she realized my total frustration. Too me the rest of an⁸⁹ y great organization is what the employees do for guests when they don't have to or are not expected to.. it's easy to overlook the customer who has failed. I appreciate the variety of lattes but prices are a little steep for average tasting coffee.

This place has great coffee, a variety of flavors and different options on to which way to have your coffee e.g. Cold, hot, frozen. The people I've talked to were nice and friendly and the Barista's do well making the drinks. 🙂 ☕

This coffee shop is great the flavors are amazing service is fast and helpful. I would give it a five but my coffee is always Luke warm never hot.

Just tried our new coffee shop. While I was waiting, brought out sample of strawberry chia frappe. OMG delicious. I got a white chocolate lightning creme cold brew, 20 oz, only $4.89ish. Starbucks it would be a large and over $6. It was absolutely wonderful. For those who want to settle for Tim Hortons instead cause of the wait or price, you're missing out on the best coffee. Had a wait, of course, it just opened! It's worth the wait.
