Biggby Coffee

They need to get at least one near Liberty twp.

Honestly before today I would have given 5 stars, but I just happened to look at my account and noticed the employees there are giving themselves bigger tips than I've authorized. Not once, not twice, but almost everytime I've gone. It's cost me almost $10/day for a coffee. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager but no one answers.

Shortly after giving this review I was contacted by a Mgr at Biggby and she apologized for this happening and gave me a free coffee coupon. I have not seen those workers there since and have had no issues. I absolutely love my day time baristas at the high st location. But fyi the new Main St baristas need to get it together! Just got my first coffee this morning and it was HORRIBLE! I def won't ve goimg back to that one because the gentleman they have making the coffees isn't doing a good job...at all

I’m from Michigan where the store is originally from and worked at a location about 15 years ago. Moving to Cincinnati was hard not having it, now they are starting to pop up around here. The girls that were working the day I stopped by were friendly and polite. They made sure to ask if I wanted whip still on my soy drink and let me know while ordering they were out of egg for my sandwich. I think that is the hottest sandwich I’ve ever had and it was great. Good job team for carrying on a good vibe for the brand name.

Biggy coffee has become my go to coffee. It's in a convenient location and they're cold foam you can put on top of cold drinks is the best cold foam I've had to date. They also have great food options and their macarons are top tier!

I love Biggby. Started going years ago when I was in college. The coffee is always delicious and almost every drink has a sugar free option. This location is so new that there were a few kinks to work out their first week but they're thriving now. Updated my review to reflect that. The employees have been very nice each time I've been and food/drinks are top notch.
In response to a few reviews about it "being expensive". It's a coffee shop, that's what coffee costs in 2021. If you go to Starbucks and order a drink with the same number of pumps, milk, and topping then it'll be more expensive and burnt because they burn the beans.
I wish this location the best and I'm so happy Hamilton now has a Biggby!

The breakfast bagels are big and hot!! They wrap your food in foil to keep hot. The iced moca is fantastic!! I got the bagel with egg, cheese, and ham and a medium iced moca for around $ 11.00. Well worth the money!!

Hamilton Biggby has been packed since they opened, but our stop there was extremely pleasant nonetheless. The staff was knowledgeable of the vast menu and very friendly, despite surely feeling stressed from the crowds. We got two lattes that were accurate and delicious.

Coffee is good, but they are so slow. Took us 15min to get two basic coffees. This place won’t stay in business much longer the way they operate. Especially when Starbucks gets built right across the street.

The misses really liked her latte. I got an iced tea. It was fine, but expensive. Guess I am spoiled by fast food places that greatly undercut them. She wants another latte, I will pass on the tea.
