Service was outstanding and they really cared to have my business. I just wish the coffee was a little sweeter. I'm definitely an ice coffee drinker witch they have a ton of options. But I did enjoy my experience. Tough location, good luck 🤞.

The drink carrier i was provided for my 4 drink order was ripped and caused one of the drinks to spill in my passenger street absolutley DESTROYING the fabric of the seat.

Quick and friendly service. I didn't love the chai tea latte, it needed more of the Chai spices or flavoring.

My first time going had a coupon for a free 20oz brewed coffee bout to try it hope that I like it

I stopped going there for the simple fact they ask you if you want to leave a tip before you even get your drink. It's super rude, annoying and pretty unprofessional considering I don't tip anywhere else at a drive through. I don't want to feel obligated to leave a tip but that's how they make me feel

Hamilton Ohio location I used to go through a lot when they first opened and was very happy.
I go through occasionally now. Mainly because on top of the high prices they have a huge tip bin and then a sign about tips and that obviously shows they would like a tip. But then they ask for a tip. I think it’s rude if I feel the need to tip at a drive through I would do it on my own.

I usually don't put the effort in to leave bad reviews but I am beyond disappointed! The only reason I ordered from them was that they had decaf options. When I got my order, there was a note saying "decaf machine broke. We put espresso in." I cannot have espresso! I am pregnant and have a high heart already that's being monitored! I had a few sips before even seeing this. Absolutely unacceptable. There are many medical reasons people can't consume that many caffeine. If someone had a stomach ulcer, that could cause a gastrointestinal bleed. They should have called and told me and not just send whatever. Doordash only refunds the cost of the product, not the $5 delivery fee and driver tip so I paid $15 just to throw this in the trash.

The drink I got was really good. A nice addition to Hamilton. My family will be coming back for more.

Edit: Just came back from buying my fourth drink since Biggby opened. They all have been really good. Much better than Starbucks. My family has been very pleased with all their drinks as well. And for those of you complaining about the service being slow, calm down, it's a new business. Let them adjust and settle in.
