River Road Coffeehouse

As always, this old farmhouse gathering place never disappoints. My 18-month old grandson had a great time just walking from room to room (and even dared to venture part way up the beautiful staircase)!

The staff here rules! Coffee drinks are insanely good and sustainably sourced. Awesome feel like your home decor, great free internet....whats there not to love. Frozen drinks are amazing.

I'm sort of a regular now haha, great local coffee. I don't enjoy the food but I never come for the food, the coffee is amazing. Love the workers and some of them even know me by name from coming so often.

Didn't care for it to much. The drinks were not that good, and the scone was very stale. (I know scones re suppose to be on the dryer side, but this was stale) and I thought very expensive. might try again just because it might have been an off day. If it is better ill change my review then.

They put two shots of espresso in a small and medium! Three in a large! They don't skimp. I appreciate a strong cup of coffee. Super kind people, willing to explain anything.

The people who work here have better social skills than most people who live in the country, probably because it's a college town. Good atmosphere and comfortable.

It’s the best and perhaps only true coffee house in Johnstown. They use Crimson Cup coffee which is a great toaster so I love that! Very friendly staff, good workspace and WiFi is available.

This coffee house is an amazing and cozy place to take a date, study, or just to hang out with friends. All their drinks are amazing and their pastries are divine.

Wonderful atmosphere with lots of little nooks and crannies to spend a quiet moment reading or gathering as a group. The coffee is great and the service is friendly and fast.

Amazing coffee, locally made pastries, friendly staff- this is what a coffee shop should be. My wife and I stop by whenever we can. Nice ambiance in an old, turn of the century home.
