River Road Coffeehouse

Breakfast burritos were nasty. Pre made and thrown into a microwave. Over 5 bucks for it too. Super greasy. Wife wasn’t blown away by the coffee either. Cool building tho.

Great coffee, the atmosphere is good. The only thing I extremely dislike about this place is getting out the back door is very complicated because I had to set my drink down to work the complicated old fashioned door knob that I struggle with every visit.

A wonderful little coffee shop just off of the freeway. Located in a historic looking, quaint house, River Road Coffeehouse serve one of the regions best coffee--One Line Coffee. River Road has many great drinks--pour overs and presses for coffee aficionados, delicious seasonal lattes (honeybee and fall lattes are my favorites), and plenty of syrups available for that custom treat. They have some food--bagels, pastries, pepperoni rolls, which looked great! My wife and I go out of our way if we are anywhere close. Hope to visit again soon!

"This old house" is a lovely place to hang out, and an even better place for coffee. They serve one line coffee which is the best you can get in Columbus, maybe anywhere, as well as tea, bagels, pastries, and some other food. Service is fast and extremely friendly. They also have an endless array of unique drinks, as well as classics like cappuccino, and some next level drinks like the traditional cappuccino (in my opinion). If you like light roast, you have to get there early. Preferably before 8:30 AM, otherwise they will be out. Do yourself a favor and stop in.

Nice old building and always friendly staff

I think that Worlds Best Coffeeshop would be understating it. This is a community landmark. The staff is perpetually friendly and sincere. The building is fully laden with character. Oh yeah, and the drinks are some of the best you will ever have.

As someone who was only in this area for the summer, I was a regular at River Road. The small town coffee shop feel was comforting. There were plenty of spots to either sit on a comfy couch and enjoying company or work at a table. Every barista I encountered was young and energized.

I was pleased with every cup of coffee I bought from River Road. Yes, it is a little pricey but the taste of the coffee is worth every penny.

this place is so cozy, with a great variety of seating, comfy nooks, or outdoor patio. it's got a lot of character, and the selection of food is amazing. I've never had a better scone than their pecan chocolate scone, but it's not just pastries and coffee; you can get a fulfilling breakfast here.

The people are kind! Often there is only one kind of coffee after a certain time of the morning but their board will still list all 4. I have tried to get something other than their "house" blend but they have been out each time. Last cup of coffee I got here was not very hot. The location is close to my parents and one line coffee is good so I'll go again. I hope, however, that one day there will be one of the single origin been still available.

As a non-coffee drinker, RR Coffeehouse does offer quite a few delicious alternatives to the dirty bean water. They offer a variety of teas, with a favorite drink of mine being an iced chai tea latte...as well as hot/frozen chocolates, steamers (which is basically and coffee drink made without the coffee=suuuuupeer sweeeeet).

For those who are pro bean water, I've been told RR is one of a kind...making delicious coffee beverages.

They also serve local pastries and deli delights...a couple personal faves being the cranberry orange muffin and the chicken salad on ciabatta bread...so yummy!!

The indoor areas are usually very clean and provide a nice space to read, study or catch up with a friend.

All and all, this is one of my favorite places to go and chill while enjoying a delicious drink and snacking on some nummy foods while making good memories with great people.
