Kind of pricey, but it's Granville. You have to expect that. Tight parking but if you're in and out it isn't that bad.

Currently closed for remodeling, though Porter’s Coffee truck (Pickerington) is parked out front until reopening.

Covfefe duo venturing to different states to try new coffee. We found a hidden gem. River Road Coffeehouse’s incredible staff greeted us with warmth. Ladies made us feel welcome and treated us respectfully. Onto the coffee, the blend is very rich and flavorful. This coffee will wake you up. Thank you ladies for your skill and gentle service.

Unfortunately had to change my 5stars to w medium 3. Service has gone down drastically and especially when the place (Granville location) is crowded a lot of mismatches happen it is not even fully.
It gets concerning if somebody ends up getting a drink they are allergic to it may create serious health issues.
I strongly suggest to re-establish the name on the cups or at least indicating (write on) what is the drink dropped on the table so people can help themselves.

Delicious coffee and pastries. Dogs are allowed on the patio. Love the German Chocolate latte.

Not only was the coffee amazing, this was the cutest little cottage. The customer service was great. I can't wait to go again.

Good coffee, a little bummed they were out of hummus and had no other dairy free options for my bagel but that's how it is sometimes. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere.

They were so wonderful and helped me to find what I was looking for. They were also quite knowledgeable about the coffee and coffee shop itself, which I found very interesting as well! Definitely delicious, and worth going!

A wide variety of coffee and teas. Also they have a wonderful assortment of baked goods, breakfast burritos, pancakes etc. Nice location. Also seating areas available to enjoy your morning cup of coffee

I am quite disappointed with this location in the last month with how staff treat customers and each other. The other night I was in sitting near closing time just before 5. A single gentleman comes in at 4:55 and the staff member told him that she was focusing on closing and that she would finish the customer ahead of him and close the doors. Maybe I am old fashioned but people want to go to places, spend time there because they ENJOY the staff and environment. What kind of establishment turns customers away BEFORE closing? Listen I have been in the food industry when I was a younger man and I am currently a branch manager for a large banking corporation, taking care of your customers looks like taking care of them! When you close at 5 pm, you are still open at 4:55.

There have been major changes in management of this location, and unfortunately it is showing that the decisions made are making it hard for people to continue to support you.

Please, as a Granville local fan of River Road Coffee, I am begging you to please evaluate your staff and training in customer relations.
