Caribou Coffee

The coffee was half foam (frothy foam, not cold foam you’re suppose to drink) and tasted bitter and sour.

The worker was mumbling AND had his AirPods in and took 10 min to make 2 drinks, he has to keep looking up the recipes and had no idea what he was doing… spent $5 and didn’t drink it because it was gross

Yes I work at the community market Great Scott I order a latte and I must say best ever love the employees always friendly and willing to lend a hand

It seems like they have issues keeping people because most of the workers take a long time to make the drink smh.

Always nice to have a good coffee while you shop.

My barista hadn't made a vanilla cooler recently, so she got the store manual out to be sure she got it exactly right. It was delicious, of course. And this is the only Caribou left in the whole state of Ohio. Stay put, please! 💙🧋

I have been waiting 20 minutes now for two small chai lattes with almond milk. It has been a tragic experience watching the two employees try to navigate this order. At this point, I just want to leave.

We drove all the way to Findlay from Akron just to get Caribou Coffee. This is the only one left in Ohio but the coffee was totally worth the road trip. Coffee has a smooth flavor with no bitter after taste. The store is located inside the Great Scot Grocery Store. There is a side entrance that allows you to access the coffee stand without having to go through the main entrance of the store.

Love this Caribou and miss the chain in Michigan and Ohio. Great to still be able to visit one at a grocery store. Drinks were made perfect. I've loved the Mint Condition Cooler for the last 16 years.

Absolutely fantastic. Wonderful service, amazing coffee. 10/10 This was a great experience. It is located inside a Great Scot grocery store, and a little bit difficult to notice from the road, but other than that, it is perfect. We were very pleased to find out that they sell bagged coffee beans at this location.

I love this place! The baristas are always laid back and helpful, and best of all, most of them have a sense of humor. I go in with my daughter once or twice a week and have never had a bad experience. I can be really picky, and they are super patient. It is a huge shame that the rating on Google is being affected by a disgruntled employee, because this is a nice, friendly place.
