Pettibone Coffee

Ordered the mocha, it was amazing! Smooth and rich. The building is really cute. Because of the type of building it is, I was worried about echos but with everyone who was inside working or having quiet conversations, the place was rather quiet.

I will definitely be going back!

You know the coffee is good when the baristas weigh the espresso and wear all black 👌 Tried the honey latte and iced vanilla latte: not too sweet, stronger coffee flavor.

A must stop when we come to Dayton every time, tried whisky caramel latte today. Super tasty and not over sweet. Love it!

Sweet place for getting coffee and setting there do & achieve some works , I ordered iced black coffee in glass cup and it have good taste and flavor plus a piece of cookie, teamwork are kind,serving, and doing great.

yesterday I woke up about 5 am and couldn’t go back to sleep so I googled “coffee shops open now”. And found Pettibone Cofee. So I got up and went there to study for a few hours and get coffee😏☕️ I got #18 and it’s crazy bc I started wanting to be a nurse at 18! and this was my first time trying a fancy coffee like this and it was absolutely beautifully made and peaceful!

then today I woke up same time and went back to study for a couple hours before my exams today. this time I got #22, my age now! and today I passed my tests to place in the nursing program for summer!🥺🙏🏾🥳⌛️🩺 it’s just amazing to me how the universe really be talking to you! this is now one of my signs that shows this is exactly what I was put here to do😢😍🙏🏾💕🩺👩🏾‍⚕️💯🗣 and I am just so excited that finally it’s my time!!🥰 this coffee shop gave me confidence and peace of mind to be able to place into nursing school🥺💕 it is truly a magical place😏🧘🏾‍♀️📚 perfect for a good study session and the best coffee around!☕️🦋

A lovely coffee and tea shop! Love the vibe. Open setup, beautiful decor, and friendly staff. Plenty of seating to catch up with a dear friend over a cup of latte. We loved it and will definitely be back again!

My little family visits Dayton from Nashville pretty often and Pettibone has become one of the highlights of our visits.

First, the coffee - I’m not huge into sweet froofy drinks, but the flavored and seasonal lattes at Pettibone are *chef kiss*, even if I prefer to ask for them half sweet. The pour overs are complex and delicious if you’ve got the time to wait, and the drip is the best quick, no-wait cup of coffee you’re going to find in the DYT. The 15 Mile is my favorite roast of theirs.

Second, the food menu - a great selection of less common flavor combinations if you’re feeling like trying something new, and also some good classic options, like the “simple sammy”. All of the sandwiches can be made with gluten free bread, which is great for those of us with celiac. Usually at least one GF option in the bakery case as well!

Third, the space - gorgeous, modern, open concept with *plenty* of seating. There are more private feeling spaces for getting work done at the bars, and plenty of larger tables for gathering with friends. The staff is sweet and friendly.

So thrilled that Dayton has a coffee shop comparable to the ones we love in Nashville. Thanks Pettibone!

As someone with celiacs, I've gotten to eat and drink things I haven't in years. I wanted to try everything on the menu, and might have if I could only eat more! Unfortunately, I'm on vacation so I cant go everyday, all of the time. But now I'm thinking of coming back just for the coffee and food, or at least stopping by.

Fantastic coffee, great selection of baked goods (INCREDIBLE GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS) and overall a great experience! The shop has a neat ambience, is very clean and has a super friendly staff!!
