5 Points Coffee & Tea

Five Points is my go to in the neighborhood. Great coffee, pastries, staff is very friendly, plus there’s live music often on weekends! Highly recommend

Friendly and efficient staff. Great selection of coffee drinks. I personally like a cortado and many coffee houses are not familiar with this drink but 5 points makes a delicious cortado.

Great little spot in the neighborhood. They have a nice walk up option when I’m out with my pup too - plus they always give him a treat! The coffee is great, I like to get a honey latte with oat milk. The food is just ok, anything with sausage is fully one large link in a casing which I personally don’t like (I was expecting a patty or ground sausage or something). But the baked goods are excellent.

This place was SO GOOD I’ve been on the hunt for a good coffee shop and I’ve tried just about everything in the cleveland area. I’m hard to please but this place really did a great job. I got the seasonal maple spice drink iced. The woman who took my order was such an angel I wish I got her name. She had vibrant orange hair and a sweet personality. 10/10 will definitely be returning!!

Have tried a few different drinks here, all of which have been good thus far. The breakfast pies are delicious as well and definitely worth getting. Staff is always friendly, and they have a variety of different events up here as well

The most cozy atmosphere with kind staff, great pastries and breakfast pies. They also have lots of fun events from live music to book clubs!

Love this place, love thy neighborhood. Authentic Irish love in West Park. Love all the groups and activities they are hosting that is educating and bringing together the neighborhood.

So happy to have a legit coffee shop in the hood! It's cute and cozy and has little special touches like dog biscuits and water and a nice patio -A+

My chai latte was great but unfortunately the bacon on my breakfast sandwich was so raw/undercooked that it was inedible. The rest of the sandwich was good (it also had sausage). A great atmosphere and a cute store but given that I couldn’t eat my entire sandwich I can’t give a 5 star rating. If you are just looking for coffee or tea, this is probably a good place to go.

They gave me the wrong order. I ordered Irish breakfast pie and received veggie. Although it was good it was not what I ordered. The coffee is good though. I ordered the maple spice latte. I will edit my review based on my correspondence with the team. Thanks.
