Ice cream was fine... However, the employees were loudly complaining about how inconvenient it was that there were customers.... And they refuse to do anything except scoop ice cream. Very rude!!!

It's a great place to stop fuel up and have some ice cream, snacks when you're out, friendly staff.

They are closed due to no staff. They are hiring kids!

Everytime I come here all is good in the hood! The people are decent oh yeah I get milk & ice cream. We hang out sometimes inside to eat overall walking distance to most residents who can't drive too far to get essentials when groceries are closed. 🍦🤠

First the lady decided to wipe the side of my husband's cup with a sanitizer wipe and touched the top of his ice cream with it and still handed it to us as if she never did it gave a huge attitude the entire time serving us. Then gave an even bigger attitude when she messed up with giving us the wrong type of ice cream. All of this after trying to say we couldn't even get any ice cream while the manager stood by and watched it all happen and didn't try to resolve the problems at all. It was very poor customer service and handled very poorly.... My husband and I will not be returning because of this and before this it was one of our favorite ice cream places. They need to do better then what they are .. Will be contacting corporate in the morning as they did not pick up as to how late it is tonight.

Great service the girls working at this store are on top of things they work very hard to make sure your visit is quick and that you are getting everything that you need one of my favorite places to go get my gas and snacks again great service thank you U.D.F. employees for a great experience

Waited patiently to get a milk shake and was ignored for 10 minutes and waited for all the other customers to be waited on cause they had a line so I looked around and went back once the store was empty and still got ignored and there was two people behind the counter! So I left I love UDF but this was the worst store and customer service!

Some of the best Ice cream around! Sometimes I get hand dipped and have them blend it up like soft serve!
Don't forget to ask them about any questions you might have because they are great about making custom Ice Cream Dessert and blending flavors.

This use to be a fun store with awesome employees now they got a old battle axe who complains loudky if u go in there after 10 personally I figured if u don't like your job don't work at that place but whatever speedway will just get my business now

Arrived at 1220. Not suppose to close until 1 am. 2 women inside cleaning. doors locked. 3 customers including myself outside. Wth?
