The Human Bean

Last night (3-29-21) I visited this place to surprise my wife with her favorite coffee drink from this place.
(She had just given birth to our 2nd child on Friday)

The girl working was SUPER polite, accommodating, and made her coffee in a very timely manner. And really made the coffee extra delicious by putting caramel inside the cup and on top.

The last time I did this, the coffee bean had sunk to the bottom.
I asked for a few more and offered to pay for them.
The girl working totally hooked my wife up with a few more on the side.

She was super sweet and congratulated us on our new child. (My wife was on the phone with me for the ordering process.)
I don't know who this girl is, but she definitely deserves a raise and I hope you can hire a few more like her.

Wonderfully kind staff, amazing drinks and huge menu selection. My personal favorites are the pumpkin pie snowy and toasted marshmallow latte. Everything here is fantastic. They use Oregon chai, so all of their chai offerings are the best you can get. Seriously my favorite coffee place, I drive 20 mins just to get some and remember the one I visited constantly when I lived in Oregon.

I just love this place! The workers are SO friendly and sweet. I've never had a bad experience and I go through their drive thru at least twice a week. The drinks are also very yummy! I highly recommend The Human Bean, it's my favorite spot for coffee

What do they put in these drinks? They are seriously fantastic. Better than anywhere else, even some more popular chains. Not to mention the cute and fantastic bean they give you. I think my niece agrees ❤️

I love this place! My wallet proves it.

Apparently I picked the wrong lane to begin with as there is a right and left lane. Left lane cycled through 3 times right lane never moved 20 minutes. Staff was friendly but ordered very a specific very specific drink and really didn't get what I asked for. I like a machiato with just foam milk on top and even though this is what I asked for I got the whole coffee filled up with caramel and coconut milk and it wasn't very good. Very sweet. Not hot at all. I assume kids like this place bc the sweetness. I like coffee.

I have been here a good 20 times and have always had an amazing experience. Today Was pretty disappointing. My friends breakfast sandwich was super cold in the middle, the woman who first took our order seemed like it was a bother to talk to us, she stared at us in a very rude way for a good 30 seconds until I turned the other way. I normally have the sweetest, most kind workers, today was just different. I’ll change my rating if the next few times are as good as they normally are, but for now, it will remain at 2 stars.

My wife and I went through the Human Bean this evening. The menu was, at first, intimidating, to someone who had never visited before. However, the customer service was incredible and the barista was knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful. The entire crew working was amazing and kind to us. And the drinks, oh wow. They are 10/10! We will be new regulars, for sure!

Always great coffee. Better choices and very helpful in selecting somthing. Always friendly and happy staff. Thanks for being an oasis for a cup of joe!!!
