Pelican Coffee House

Excellent service! I had trouble picking a coffee and they were patient and helpful. Everyone from the employees to the customers were friendly. Very clean, not overpriced and the coffee was perfect! Just what this tired mama needed.

Enjoy a great cup of coffee, a simple lunch, and a nice boutique shopping experience at the Bucyrus tradition, the Pelican Coffee Shop. Enjoy their signature Triple White Out, or my personal favorite, a triple espresso cappuccino with a fresh cookie, muffin, or bagel, while looking through the selection of the attached Amish Vault. This is a good stop with a nice atmosphere and attentive service.

Really pour quality service cold coffee ☕ if your out of towner wanting fresh cup of jo don't go here and any other coffee shop serves you maid coffee this isn't McDonald's I don't want to go around the corner to get coffee 😜 😉

I love visiting this coffee shop when I visit Bucyrus. I always order the same thing, the Triple White Out, and am always pleased with the quality and speed of the drinks and service.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever had.
The whole time I am waiting for my order to be taken, until I was handed my coffee, the two workers were talking bad about other customers, loud and clear in front of me and others. And when asked if they have a certain flavor coffee I was told in an annoyed voice, "uh ya, there in alphabetical order on the board." Just ALWAYS rude to me. Slow service as well, and I am pretty sure the sizes have gotten smaller. As far as the coffee goes, ill hold my tongue to the rude employees to get some.

Great local coffee shop! We love it. Workers are awesome! We visit everytime we're in the area. If you're in Bucyrus, it's a must!!

The staff is always friendly. Coffee and food are delicious. Cozy atmosphere and love the shop attached. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place for a buisness lunch or meeting up with friends.

Beautiful interior and overall store, but the coffee itself didn't seem to agree with either me or my fiance.. Not that it would discourage us from visiting again:)

Love the atmosphere, lovely workers are so fun and interactive! Food is great, always speedy even if there is a line won't be a long wait. Make this a staple if you're coming through Bucyrus, if you live in town a must do weekly.

Love this place. First off u can make ur own drink if they dont have it on the board an either way they're really good. Best place ever for frappes an such.. Also while ur enjoying ur coffee u can either sit an enjoy looking around at everything or walk the store because they have ALot of amazing things.. Everything from the food, drinks an other items in the store are way expensive if the only part we don't like. Wed like to go there more often but can't afford it :( Still a really good place to go if u can afford it.
