Wonderful seating area...either to meet friends over a cup of coffee...or get some work done over a cup of coffee. Great coffee and baked goods

One of my absolute favorites!! This place transports you to somewhere so much more chic than this little country town. Amazing coffee. Even better customer service. Also Ben, the owner, is the sweetest and super knowledgeable. Please talk to him if you have a minute. Great crowd. Great ambiance. Great everything!!

Flatlands is the best coffee shop I have ever been to! I live in Bowling Green and I go there at least a few times a week. All of the staff are incredibly sweet and Ben, the owner, is the nicest guy I have ever met. It is so obvious how passionate they are about coffee and people! They have the best matcha latte (and tea lattes) I have ever had and their scones and other pastries are delicious! It is a perfect environment for me to get work done and the natural light throughout the place creates a great atmosphere. I love this place.

As a Cincinnati native - I wish we had a Flatlands Coffee down here in Cincinnati, Ohio. Their food, coffee, ambiance and service were outstanding! I ordered their Ice Lavender Latte with OAT milk and it was by far THE best latte I ever had. I also ordered a Matcha Latte and that also was 👌👌👌. Oh! And not to forget - I also tried their lemon filled donuts/beignets and it was fantastic! I highly recommend them!

Things I like about Flatlands in no particular order:

*Quiet and relaxing atmosphere no matter where you sit inside
*Coffee beans and accessories to go
*Clean restrooms
*Even when you can tell that the number of drinks to make is long there's someone with a smile behind the counter

Coffee is very smooth and flavorful! Customer service is outstanding! The latte art is beautiful! Highly recommended!

I ordered a coffee to go. A few minutes after leaving Flatlands, the cup deteriorated at the seam and leaked hot coffee onto me. I had to throw it out because it was burning my hand and lap.

First time in today. Amazing lighting👌🏼and atmosphere. The employee working today was awesome, kind, knowledgeable and genuinely enjoyed his job. Kudos👏🏼

Phenomenal coffee and aesthetic! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. It was our first time here and the ice coffee with rose hip was not bitter at all! I think I have found my happy place here. :)

I had the best iced vanilla cardamom latte this afternoon from Flatlands. I am from out of state & was driving through the area in need of a caffeine fix. Ben, the owner, had some of the best customer service I have ever seen. His expertise and passion for coffee cannot be outdone. While waiting, a loyal customer struck up conversation with me about how he’s been coming here for years and his amazement for Ben’s high, perfection-level standards for each cup of coffee brewed & each batch of beans roasted. This coffeeshop alone would make me want to (almost) move to Ohio. Thank you Ben & Flatlands!
