Great menu! The bubble tea 🧋, steak, and fried mushrooms were delicious! You're able to buy wine at the winery across the street to drink with your meal. Highly recommend!

Visit Baltic, Oh and eat here! Fantastic food and a busy, fun atmosphere. The server and barista were friendly and attentive. My coffee, Signature Maple & Brown Sugar Breve, was amazing. Thick, aromatic, and delicious! I ordered the Chicken Tenders Club and Fries. Fantastic choice! The Fried Green Beans we awesome, too! My son ordered cheesecake with raspberry and declared it a winning choice. East Main is with a visit!

This is one of those hidden gems that you WANT to know about. In the heart of Amish country with an incredible atmosphere, amazing food, & heavenly desserts! If you want to indulge yourself, get the Wagyu Filet steak, medium rare, with a baked sweet potato and green beans 🤤 Worth every penny!

New favorite place to eat!! So happy to have stumbled upon this place. Not your typical restaurant that you find when your in Amish Country, the food is SO much better. We went for breakfast and absolutely cannot wait to go back for dinner. The staff was amazing and very attentive and honestly probably the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever seen. Well done East Main Kitchen, you will have us as patrons for life😊

Great place to eat! I ordered the East Main Salad and was delighted. The chicken is very tender and flavorful, as is the entire salad. The shrimp poppers were fantastic as well, the sauce that was served with it was the perfect paring.

I got the shrimp and grits and that were amazing! Service was friendly and all of the food came out at a good pace. My friends and I also loved the decorations and the atmosphere.

The service was GREAT.The food was delicious.I got blackened grouper with sweet potato fries and pickled beets for dessert pecan pie.My wife got fried grouper, salad and a sweet potato.SHE ended with a coconut cream pie. Update 5-17-22 we went over for the wagyu steaks. They are not listed on the menu, Our waitress didn't offer either. We had too mention it. I hope these weren't wagyu!!!?? And of course I want my steak raw( I mean rare) my wife medium rare. The steaks were med.rare and med.well. They were not tender either.the sweet potato fries were well done also. They did refund our money. Perhaps they have new staff here, they are using the big green egg. Maybe this requires technique mastery. I'm going from 5 stars to 3 for NOW.

The food here is worth driving for. I ordered their ribeye and baked potato with garden salad. My sister-in-law ordered the blackened fish and sweet potato fries. Everything was incredible. The wait to be seated wasn’t long and there was a playground nearby out back for my niece to play at while we waited for a table. Excellent service and food I’ll be thinking about for weeks to come.

Very pleasantly surprised by the facility setting and full service menu offered at this very small town eatery. The facility is tastefully and exceptionally well appointed offering a relaxing and some what sophisticated atmosphere. The coffee shop portion offers high quality sweets as well as a decent selection of coffees. Menu offerings are mostly comfort foods but are well spiced and flavorful. Will be back to try breakfast items.

Visiting the area. Came Saturday morning for breakfast, but was too late. Wife and I ended getting grilled ham & cheese and soup. Excellent choices. Obviously homemade. Waitress was personable. Highly recommend. Would like to come back.
