Burnt sausage and hash whites not hash browns. If I was a waitress I wouldn't even have brought it to my table. I would have told the cook to remake it. I was done eating my eggs and toast and ready for the check before the waitress even came back to the table. Didn't even get a refill of coffee. Will never go back.

Im from South Texas, delivered this morning and was told this place has great good, had to try it, Waitress was very friendly, service was fast, it was a lot of food for one person , but it was delicious

SUMMER was my waitress she went out her way to make sure I was satisfied. There are alot of people in the service industry that could learn a lot from this lady. I ate the chicken fried steak that was homemade hand breaded and made with 100% real beef. The salad was made with fresh GREEN lettuce not the cheap white unnutrient iceberg lettuce. It also had fresh brocley, tomatoes and carrots. This place has ausome atmosphere. I am a spending the night on the parking lot so I can try their breakfast. (I'm a truck driver in just my tractor) highly recommend this place makes a OTR truck driver feel like a local! Thank you!

I have not had such a tasty burger with jalapenos and spicy mac&cheese in a while. Am not local and not sure when I get a chance to dine at Lonnie's again but if you are around, you should certainly carefully consider not to stop buy at Lonnie's and not to have something from their extensive menu - consider yourself warned ;) Totally recommend!

racist 👎🏻 after church my family (3 adults, 2 kids, 1 baby) and our in laws (2 adults) asked if we could sit over at 2 open booths, they were rude and denied seating us, the waitress said, “we’re not about to do that” and wanted to seat us in a circle table for 4 which didn’t have much space and would make us sit very tight. After we realized they were denying service in general given the nasty rude attitude they served us from the moment we entered, we decided to have breakfast elsewhere. It’s a shame because my family loved coming here, this experience made us feel unwelcome. As we were leaving, the manager or whoever was in charge that the waitresses asked before coming in about our seating suddenly threw out, “y’all can have it”. Ofcourse I hit her back with, “nah, y’all can have it” that was very rude and uncalled for. We felt very discriminated. Hope they find god so they can thrive better in their small business. ✌🏻

Loved the food, coffee was great, grits were great, they had activities for my kid to keep her occupied, definitely the small town diner atmosphere Ive been looking for since moving here 3 months ago…will absolutely come back over and over again

Great atmosphere with a hometown friendly feel. The service was fantastic but the food was second to none. If you get even close, make the detour it is worth it.

Lonnie’s Roadhouse Cafe was definitely better than expected. Nice home style cafe, good service and good food. Now we see why the parking lot is never empty! Definitely another go-to spot for us and you can’t beat $20 for the two of us to eat out!

Holy Cow! Always jam Packed with locals we noticed each time we passed by… We finally waded in one morning to attempt our luck and found a booth right away. The restaurant was noisy and the staff was really busy but managed to serve us quickly. Breakfast (eggs, hash browns, bacon and an english muffin) were good. Only down side was waiting 5 or so minutes at the register behind several others to pay.
