Bomber Bistro

The food was over priced for one of the few on base options. I got the Caesar wrap with chips and a drink for $11.25. If the wrap had more meat and there were more chip options the price would seem more fair. It was tasty though.

I don’t have a picture because it was so delicious but okayyyy Bistro!! The spinach pie special today was amazing! The staff was friendly as always and in a good mood. It’s a nice relaxing environment to go and grab a quick bite or decompress for a little bit.

Good thing I do not live nearby. Loved the pizza! I will crave that pizza for years to come. Well done!

Not a bad place to get a quick bite. Staff is very friendly and the place is clean. Food tastes good, I can tell that the cooks really put care into cooking (unlike those at the Dakota Inn). Prices are a little high but at least they serve actual food.

I love the calzones and pizza here. Super reasonable price and great play area for the kids. If you are a club member you get additional discounts. I just wish it was a bit more lighted and clean. It smells musty and its kind of dusty. Otherwise, its a great place to eat for cheap and just hangout especially in the winter time at Minot AFB.

Sandwiches are best in my opinion. They don't have terrible pizza but it isn't my favorite. I've never had a bad sandwich from them though. Lunch time seems to get busy so I recommend calling and placing your order in advance.

We came here for lunch. The place was pretty busy during lunch hours. The food was edible. The main thing this place has going for it is that it's inside the base. I did not have any major problem at this place, but I think I prefer to lunch at the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) in the future.

I was stationed at Minot 20 years ago. I was recently there on visiting different base organizations. I had time for lunch and went to Roughriders Pizza to get a great piece of pizza. I was disappointed, remembering how the pizza was so much better back then. Then it had robust flavor, more cheese and more toppings. Now the pizza is just okay. Hopefully they can work to improve.

I love rough riders pizza and I'm so glad it's on base. During our awful first winter I took my kiddos almost daily. I would get coffee and bring my homework while my kiddos could play. The food is great as well. I'm grateful this place is so close to our house

I loved this place when I was stationed there. It was great. I ordered the cheese bread and got marinara sauce usually got 2 or 3 of them and ate it all weekend. It was cheaper and better tasting in my opinion than just the plain cheese pizza.
