Show up 10 minutes before they close and are told they close soon and they won't make any more drinks....? Closing time is whenever they choose, not the specified 8 pm.

Not enough staff, inside was closed during our visit. Went to Starbucks across the street instead

Incredibly slow and inexperienced on Saturdays when they are super busy. Love their products but will not come back on a Saturday.

The service is slow but it is worth it the food I ordered is fresh and tastes amazing

Unbelievable staff! They do a great job of remembering who you are and what you ordered. Well-managed!

There is a terrible server there named Haley, does not care about customers, and also interups the customer when they’re trying to explain why the store already got the order incorrect.

Other than forgetting the cream in my Americano with cream, it was just as good a coffee shop as any other...

Great service. Bagels are fantastic! I could eat the Nova Salmon Lox every week.

I would say they were as slow as molasses in January, but its only december... and 10:30 in the morning.

Had a very good lunch first time I had ever eaten there.
