Caribou Coffee

The breakfast sandwiches were pretty gross and we had to go back three times to ask for our coffee orders. Somehow they forgot to send it through every time.

The smoothie I got was watered down. I wanted a little whip on top. They said they couldn't put any. They are not there to get one up on the consumer, they are there to serve customers.

I had the worst experience there and will never go back..I ordered one large carmal marcato with a extra shot of espresso, one small carmal marcato, one large hot chocolate and one small chocolate. Now what I got was a small cup 1/4 full of what I believe was coffee , brought it back in. Was given a second cup of coffee not what I ordered and by this time I was so frustrated I just left...the only thing that was right with my order was the hot chocolate...just not happy at all...

Staff was super rude after they messed up my drink. When I asked for the right drink, the barista told me I picked up the wrong one when I was the only person with that name in the room. Then told me I had to wait for the “19 orders” that came after me. Not impressed. The barista was beyond rude.

The coffee is bland and tastes watered down. You would think a dark chocolate iced mocha would have some nice rich chocolate flavor to it, but it's just....Meh. I've also tried the milk chocolate iced mocha and same thing - bland and watered down tasting. Can't really tell there is chocolate in it. Maybe I just need to ask for extra chocolate? I will say, outside of Starbucks, Caribou is the only coffee that doesn't taste completely burnt. We just moved here from Spokane WA, and have had one heck of a time finding comparable coffee (we've been to just about every coffee place here). Maybe we're coffee snobs, but the coffee in WA is a million times better.

In my opinion they have dropped in customer service, Food quality, menu items, and atmosphere since they changed brands.

They got rid of my farmhouse sandwich which was the only good thing on their menu. Now I have to get Starbucks if I want any good food

Sporadic, unreliable hours of business..website says open.nope.again closed yesterday and today an sign on door that you have to walk up to says dec 9 th...sign at drive through you can't read cause you can't get up to it .corned off which has been done during regular business hours so if your sitting there waiting for cones to be moved for 6 am opening you will be there all day!
THE CARIBOU UP NORTH! HOURS VARY too..They close early or some Sundays not open at all.I love my caribou drinks but I'm gonna be forced to go to Starbucks if I cant get my coffee drink before starting my day on the go..There is a caribou in the cashwise north store always open cause owned by cashwise.I drive up there yesterday after driving to 2 that were closed.Customers dont want unreliable business hours that you never know from one day to the next if they are open.Im not a happy customdr.

The staff are nice and the food is good, but they screwed up our order. Seems to happen a bit too often based off the comments. I'd come back though, unless it kept happening.
