Caribou Coffee

Good coffee but BS that they don't add points to your account when you give them your phone number or use the discounts when applicable.

I used to be a very regular customer here but after receiving RAW bacon 3 times I won't be returning. Be aware if you have a sensitive stomach this place is NOT for you. Their cooks are not properly trained on food preparation and safety. I have spoken to the manager and still received raw bacon after that conversation. I'd give 0 stars if I could 🤮

I stopped to pick up a coffee for my wife.
The reason I chose Caribou, they only had 6 cars in the drive through line.
The Starbucks across the street had about 20 cars in line.
In my opinion the coffee was Great and every bit as good as Starbucks!

Rude customer service. I told her to have a nice day cause I’m always just like that smiling and polite and she just ignored me and shut the window. Looked super annoyed like she didn’t want to be there and looked annoyed with me. She was at the drive through window today at 9:30am. Idk that’s usually why i stick with Starbucks way better customer service…

Happy to get a salmon and lox sandwich, but disappointed I couldn't choose my own bagel flavor (comes with plain only). Also not the same as it used to be years ago.
Also decided to try a pumpkin spice beverage. Too heavy on the clove, even for my spice loving sister in law.

If a white truck isn't in the parking lot, I won't stop. The younger employees are rude and seem to think it's your fault that they mess your order up.

It was two pieces of bagel and it was very filling!

Won't be back. Was in the drive-thru at shortly before 10 am ... ordered a small hot drink and 2 sandwiches. Sat for almost 15 minutes waiting to get to the window. When I got there, my food was still not done - more waiting. I got to my office a few minutes later - cold coffee and cold (almost frozen) turkey sausage in my sandwich. Definitely not worth the wait.

This morning my family ordered breakfast bagels with bacon, egg, etc…and we threw them away. The bacon was raw, the bagels burnt and reheated so they were like biting old shoe leather. The coffee drink my daughter got was so over sweetened it was undrinkable…we were passing thru Bismarck on vacation which we often do but we will never go back to this Caribou and are warning others to stay away. You want to know what a real Caribou is supposed to be like, visit the one in Duluth MN at 21st Ave. West.

I could eat here every day engine coffee as well!! Their Farmhouse Bagel is one of the best! I like it with two eggs. Also there turtle mocha hot is amazing! It's sweet and chocolatey. Their employees are very nice and it's a great experience all around.
