The Peppered Cupcake

Picked up a half dozen cupcakes for my boyfriend's birthday. They were absolutely delicious! Service was great and so very friendly. Highly recommend this cupcakery! I will definitely be back for more

Super bummed as I love the cupcakes and never had an issue before !

Went yesterday the creme brulee cupcake I received was dry, one of the cupcakes was not packed properly the frosting stuck to the top of the container had to scrape ot off. The person working there attitude was not the best it was almost like they were doing us a favor by providing us service.

So good! We had the vanilla, banana pudding, and caramel macchiato cupcakes. The cake was really moist and flavorful. The frosting was AMAZING! My favorite part, was the filling in each cupcake. The vanilla had a vanilla cream, banana pudding had you guessed it banana pudding, and not sure what the caramel macchiato one was as we ate it so fast lol. The thing I loved the most, is that these cupcakes were so delicious and flavorful, yet were not too sweet at all. To pull that off even with the filling really impressed me. I only wish we didn't live two hours away.

I am a cupcake fanatic and this place blew me away. Absolutely delicious!!! Perfect amount of sweetness, definitely not overbearing and the bread was so moist. So happy to be living in NC for a while so I can keep enjoying this place!

These cupcakes are ok. They have three base cake flavors devils food (ok), brownie (bland and doughy) and yellow cake (dry). We tried all three bases and several different frostings (Tarro, salted caramel, key lime (the only one we ate most of) creme brûlée, and chocolate. None of them were great. Even my children wouldn’t finish them. They have a bizarre board inside telling you just how much they are not trying to impress you (especially if you’re a foodie lol) and why they are great. It’s basically not great cupcakes served with an attitude. Skip it. There are better bakeries on Front St

Delicious! Interesting flavors and fun options. The server cut 3 different cupcakes into pieces which our party of 6 enjoyed in the store. The frosting and cake are equally yummy!

Loved this little spot. I have a place in my heart for cupcakes and this place really gets that. Amazing flavors and such a personalized touch in every bite! If every traveling through Wilmington again, I will definitely be back!

Loved this place. I Emily don't eat frosting, but the frosting on the cupcakes was standing. The cupcakes were nice and moist I love the different varieties of cupcakes they offer. Look forward in visiting again.

The owner is very energetic and sweet.The young lady that works in the afternoon is very helpful and patient when you're asking questions about all the different flavors they have.

A cute, friendly shop filled with deliciousness! Can't wait to have another treat the next time I'm in town.
