The Peppered Cupcake

This is my go to spot for desserts in Wilmington. I always treat friends and family here when they visit me. Love that their hours are now extended at their downtown location for me to have time to stop by after work. Love the new vending machine. I can assure you the quality is still amazing!

Look no further for thee most delicious and beautifully decorated cupcakes! The owner is sweet as the icing on her cakes and will greet you with a big warm southern smile and answer any and all questions happily. I'm a local and this is always a top spot to hit when I need to indulge my sweet tooth or bring a little some for an event. Even my pup is a fan!! 👍🧁

Stopped in today for the first time. Shared a Creme Brulee and a Chocolate Revelation. Both were very tasty, but the Creme Brulee was my favorite! Limited seating inside and outside. If you are craving something sweet, check them out!

This little place offers the best cupcakes I have ever had! My daughter and I started going to the S. Front Street location a few years ago and it NEVER disappoints. My husband and myself stopped in just yesterday while we were in town, and the service and cupcakes were exceptional as usual! We live about 4 hours away and stop in every time we are near by. My only regret was not buying more to bring back home with us. The owner is amazing as well!

The Chocolate Revelation cupcake with Chocolate Buttercream frosting is DELICIOUS!

The cupcakes are phenomenal! Thought I was in heaven when I took the first bite of my bananas foster cupcake. Can't wait to try the rest of these babies.

Awesome cupcakes and owner! Talk about a local owner working incredibly hard... almost (or entirely!) solo at times to adapt to this crazy difficult time for small businesses without sacrificing the quality of their product! Ingredients tasted fresh. Frosting was on light lighter and fluffier side which IMO MANY other spots ruin a good cupcake by murdering it with artificial tasting or overbearing frosting. Only fills orders THE DAY OF so be sure to get their early and get yours!

So YUMMY!!! They have an ever changing selection of new desserts, plus classic flavors.

Beware, this is just a vending machine, and if you don't grab your cupcake within a second, it disappears and you are still charged for it, we never got our cupcakes
