The best nutrition place in Wilmington. The owners are personable, friendly, and remembers their customers by name and face. If I call and place an order ahead of time, they have it ready as soon as I get there and know exactly who to give it to. Everything on the menu is amazing and clean (guilt-free), so despite the plethora of choices, you will never go wrong with a shake or tea. This place is amazing!!!

I had a wonderful experience last Saturday at Breakthrough Nutrition. Not only are the shakes delicious, but the staff is warm and welcoming. As a first time guest, I wasn’t sure what to expect with the menu and shake options, but the owners took so much time and explained to me everything I needed to know. My first time entering the doors was Wednesday after being recommended by several co workers. I must say they weren’t lying with how great this place is .Soon as I stepped foot in the door I felt like I had been a customer for a longtime.
