Spectacular Coffee in WF, OMG!!!

I am a bit of a coffee nut.. maybe bean is the better term?! This place is perfect! Their beans are amazing and the spot is ideal. The juxtaposition of modern niche organic coffee and espresso in the small town of Wake Forest is neat.

Thank you for allowing my indulgence of caffeine in its best vessel!

I’ve been lucky to be given a bag or two of Black and White Coffee Roasters for every holiday the last two years. My daughter loves the panda stickers and colorful labels.
The coffee is always exceptional and incredibly fair priced. I work as a coffee roaster in MI, and am so happy my family found this awesome company. Their customer service has been incredible when my family purchases, and coffee is always fresh when it’s delivered.

Good place to do work or have a casual meeting.

Constructive criticizem for owner or those that would appreciate it from a first time impression:
- serve hot coffee hot ( customers may stay longer, gives a well rounded experience, serving hot hits all customer preferences as it can cool down to anyone's desired temp, doesn't work the other way around)
-have sugar and napkin station stocked at all times ( overstocked is better than under) ( customer feels as though they pay for the convenience of condiments to adjust coffee to preference and giving an overall better experience). When serving and focusing on coffee, you want to make it the best coffee and the best experience, it is the backbone of the Cafe. The condiment table is a good percentage of the coffees interactive functionalities and places a big weight on experience.
- the decoration is nice. Consider warming the area with texture, lights or indoor plants to give a more comfortable feel. Who knows if I am working and feel comfortable for longer, I may want a second coffee. Reasoning, floor is concrete. Tables are solid as expected and chairs are metal. Consider a leather chair or plant in the corner.
Rearranging the table placement to give some angles, to minimize the convenience store feel, maybe some interesting portraits or black and white art or photography to look at while taking a break from working, something to hold the eye.
The menu is good, but minimal, it doesn't include the additional types of coffee's that makes the people interact with the batista. It would be nice to have a better view of the details and prices. Clear pricing makes a confident customer without the bitter regret of overspending. If it is a favorite place it on the menu.

A big big deal for long term customers is pastries or snacks. Reasoning: the cafe is mostly seating, those seats need to be filled with customers for as long as possible (generally customers enjoy the company of others spending the day in a similar way with them). Coffee alone may not be enough to seat a customer 20min. Snacks, that aren't overpriced will occupy the customers with something pleasant to go with their coffee. A steady supply of pastries or snacks.

Take it with a grain of salt. This is feedback from someone who hunts for good coffee and cafes, a first impression review.

Great place e to meet up with friends, read a book, or enjoy a coffee outside. We enjoyed a cup of Earl Grey tea with honey and a dirty Chai. We will be back next visit.

This place is a gem. The drip coffee is the best I've had every single time, and we have been here on and off for a couple of years. The cappuccino is my usual drink which is always consistently great, but I tried the seasonal Miso Caramel and it was outstanding. So delicious! The prices are very reasonable for such great coffee (thank you for that!) and the staff is always friendly and happy.

I’m a huge coffee person and this place is what set me on my journey of single origin specialty coffee. I ditched the cream, ditched the sugar and learned to love coffee in its purest form...pour over and black. Of course they have great coffee drinks too, lattes, caps, chai, espresso, etc... and some great pastries. Highly recommend, love this place!

Comfortable place to sit and have a coffee or tea. Kind and friendly staff, and the coffee tastes great. Worth having a sit and enjoying a hot cup.

Best, most innovative roasters in the area. Try their anaerobic processed beans to try coffee on another level.

Black and White is more craft coffee than fru-fru drinks and they do what they do amazingly. The espresso is always perfect, they create an amazing amount of foam on a brown sugar cinnamon oat milk latte, and the staff is always warm and engaged. Love this place.
