Bake Bottle & Brew

We used to love going here and typically frequent this establishment a few times a month. We stoped by the bottom level of the store today for a drink and the lady behind the bar was very rude, short, and acted like our business was bothering her. We had one beer and left. Typically we stay for hours. I don't know that we will be back anytime soon because of her making us feel very unwelcome.

Great place to check out! Exactly what we were looking for. Great beer on tap, good wine selection, nice little shop, and all on the water front with a great view. Their deck with the breeze made for a relaxing afternoon.

Great shop with a nice selection of fun little gifts, beer, wine and home brew supplies. I mainly stop by to pick up locally roasted Green Truck whole bean coffee (they'll grind it for you for free if you prefer - try the Organic Honduras), but their espresso drinks are also tastey. Haven't had a chance to stay for a beer, but the handful of craft brew selections they have rotating on tap always look good. Staff is very friendly too.

This store has amazing and fresh coffee, and ice cream that I thought they only served back home. Their back porch is a great place to read a book or sip your coffee with an absolutely stunning view! They are a brewery so they frequently have wine tasting or such events that can leave them with some rowdy customers, and a lot of their merchandise is not family friendly. All in all, we enjoy stopping by for a cone or a cup of joe and gazing out to the water in the beautiful little city of swansboro.

An interesting experience. They have wine tasting and beer on tap. They also have a great little store with beer making equipment if you are into that. The view off the back at sunset is worth the price of the wine or beer. I think I remember they also have ice cream if the wine and beer are not your thing.

I stopped by historical Swansboro to check it out, and to stop in Bake Bottle & Brew, which I had found on google maps, and knew this would be a place my husband and I would probably enjoy, since we love checking out unique places. I would give it five stars for the beautiful store, beer and wine offerings, and the porch with the great views, but I had to give it three because customer service is everything. Since I was just checking it out for my husband and I to return to later, he wasn’t with me, I decided to order a iced tea. The young lady was not welcoming or helpful, I actually found her to be rude. I was looking at the jars of different tea leaves they use to brew tea, and she said it only comes hot, how hard is it to brew it and then add ice. I told her I would then take a chai latte iced, she made it hot, I mentioned I wanted it iced, she said gave me a look, poured it out, put a mix, some milk in a cup with ice, charged me $4.00 handed it to me and said nothing else.

Best view in Swansboro. Best coffee & cider / craft beer selection, too. My girl really loves the Mango Moscato.

Stopped in for some ice cream with a couple friends. We tried to have a friendly conversation with the lady behind the counter and tried to show interest in her shop. I can understand everyone has a bad day, but honestly, the level of visible annoyance that was displayed towards us was very disheartening. I regret having made a purchase here and would suggest trying to find a different place to patronize.

This place is always amazing. Customer service is great and quick. Weve lived here for 3 years and not once has this venue let me down. Always fun, always clean. I saw them sanitizing as well.

Love the coffee here. Nice local place. We like to dock our boat and stroll the streets. Local owner is always friendly and the coffee is perfect. Yum
