The one employee had a very sour attitude from the minute we pulled up. She was outside in her car as we pulled in, front door wide open. Proceeded to slam the front door shut as we were walking up. Coffee was decent, but her customer service skills definitely need improvement.

Always delicious. And the people are super friendly. Since i stop every morning they even remember my order amd just ask if I'm havong the usual. I love placed like that.
Theyre fast too. You never have to wait long unless theyre super busy but even then its maybe a 5 minute wait.

Hours posted are until 430. We ( group of 4) showed up just before 4 and the employee (female long black hair) was trying to leave, was already in her car and started to pull off when she realized she left door standing open. Walked in right infront of us and slammed the door in our face. She then proceeded to slowly take our orders, slamming items behind the counter, constantly in a bad mood, and it showing on her face. I asked for a 24oz, was given a 20oz and charged for a 24oz. Employee also filled my iced coffee from bottom to brim with ice, adding ice because the mixture she made didn't fill the cup. I realize there should be some ice, but from bottom to literal top? Come on that's just laziness. And to top it off, there wasn't even much of a coffee flavor in the drink, though not a surprise given the amount of ice. I will never come to this establishment again, nor will I recommend it. You can get better service at McDonald's and a drink that somewhat resembles coffee flavor.

Staff was very friendly, good selection of coffees, lattes and espresso. Small selection of pastry items to go along with your coffee. A little tricky to get to but a nice place if you've got a few extra minutes to stop by.

Delicious! I had the blended AlmondJoy it was a nice cool treat for this hot day. Drive through made it convenient to grab and go.

Absolutely, hands down, no shadow of a doubt, the BEST coffee shop in Southport/Oak Island/Caswell Beach! Every time we're in town, we're in line first thing in the morning for a blended coffee drink. My favorite is the Irish Mint Mocha, and my husband goes back and forth between the Snickers and the Milky Way blended drinks. I've stopped going to Starbucks when I'm at home because it doesn't hold a candle to what Jumpin' Java creates. I have to mention: my kiddos love their huge cookies and baked goods, and they sell eggs and veggies from their home garden. I honestly can't say enough good things about JJ. It's my fave place to visit when I'm in town!

Definitely one of my favorite go-to coffee spots in the Southport area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the shop itself is clean and welcoming, and the products are delicious. Highly recommend!

The staff are always nice and make us laugh- its an amazing place with amazing people!
