Do not understand all the hype. This place is just okay. I can hit a fast food restaurant and get comparable quality for less cost. Customer service is maybe a notch up. Generally disappointed after all the hype. The long waits and drive thru lines don't mean the food's awesome.

We decided to stop to get a bite to eat. We stopped one earlier in the day, but it was way too busy. Drove to another one about two hours later, which it was busy also. It felt pretty sure that the food would be excellent, which it was delicious. We ordered a fried chicken and biscuit, a country steak biscuit, and a strawberry muffin. We wanted the blueberry muffin, but they ran out of them. It was going to take 30 minutes for them to be done, and decided we didn't want to wait. The service was fast and friendly. The place was clean, and very busy. A great sign for an excellent restaurant. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the strawberry muffin. It was moist, fresh, and tasty, but you could tell there was artificial flavorings in it, in addition to the fresh strawberries. They also have doggy biscuits, which were 99 cents for six. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting great food and fast, friendly service.

Ordered scramble egg breakfast with sausage and gravy with this. Biscuit great gravy good sausage didn't taste like meat and didn't get the scrambled eggs.

Great breakfast spot. Tasty biscuit. Was also able to bring home some of their doggie biscuits.

First time visiting. Service was pretty quick. My only complaint is that the lady that took my money asked what condiments I needed and I told her, however someone else bagged it and gave me my bag. Not too disappointed about the condiments not being in there because it may not have been communicated, but there were no napkins or utensils for my grits. Of course I didn’t notice until later down the road. I stopped by while traveling so I didn’t have time to turn around get it. I also did not get a receipt. Other than that food was hot and pretty fresh.

They are usually the best but our biscuits will kind of doughy on the inside this time keep an eye on girls

So Slow. Waited in the drive thru line for 30+ minutes. They must have had a lot of drive offs in the past as they have put up cones to block you in. Did I mention SO SLOW!!. Staff was friendly. Biscuit was good, but next time I will go somewhere faster.

Let me start off by saying,, I love their biscuits! But, this morning I was disappointed. They got my order wrong after I sat in the drive thru line forever. I didn't check my order until I got home. There was no way I was going back up there and wait another 20-30 minutes....

First time going to Biscuitville, probably the last time. Spent $20 on less than mediocre food that was cold. I could have bought a Frozen breakfast sandwich and put it in the microwave and had a better outcome than that. My children and my dog wouldn't even eat the breakfast they served us. The coffee was worse than a careless gas station coffee, with no real actual taste of coffee bean. The experience of waiting in line for 15 minutes for less than subpar food was a means that I'll never return they were not accommodating and the food was not made to satisfaction (no sugar or condiments added as per request) nor even to the menu specification.

Customer Service was Excellent, Love how they know me by name. Awesome Staff, Always Friendly, and Always Have Smiles On Their Faces.
