I work across the street so I've been coming here quite often. The food has been consistently good, especially for the price.
I got a breakfast torta today with their house blend coffee and both were very good.
A lot of people complain about the "rude" service and yes there is one guy that comes off a bit short and frantic once it gets to around lunch rush but I've never had a problem with it. People just need to grow thicker skins.
This place is great! The staff is very friendly and they have great area to lounge out front. It’s tucked back behind another store which is a shame that they are hidden since they are so good. Their food is cook to order and everything is very fresh. Their coffee is delicious so stop going to that major chain across the way and give this place a try!
I have been coming here for 2 years, and I used to love this place. I am probably one of the nicest people you will ever meet and usually people reciprocate my positive attitude, but the service I received here was the worst. The main guy there with the glasses has the worst customer service. If you are looking for good food with ZERO customer service, I would recommend. And even though I have not had good experience here lately, I still decided to give them another chance, and they ended up adding really spicy sauce to my regular order which I never get. I would recommend Jubala Village, Morning Times, or Manhattan Cafe for good food and service! :)
Excellent ☕ coffee shop and cafe in the heart of downtown. I stopped I'm here to avoid the chain coffee shop next door. The staff were so friendly and cheerful and they served me a delicious cup of coffee and had a smattering of 🥯 bagels, 🥪 sandwiches, 🍳 breakfast burritos, and more. This location also had ♿ handicap accessible seating, 🚻restrooms, and seats indoors and outdoors.
Should have read reviews before going to this place. Went here to grab a quick bite for breakfast and I can say the the food and price were good, the service though, not so much. The guy who took our order, who I assume was the manager, had the driest and grouchiest attitude while taking our order. He was leaned up against counter and sort of rushing us to finish giving him our order. As we were eating, I looked at the reviews and saw that his attitude seems to be a common thing with customers. The woman who was working with him was a sweetheart in taking our coffee order. Super patient and friendly.
Overpriced! I went in only because I had a gift certificate and ordered a sausage croissant which came to $3.35 with 2 small pieces of sausage. I could have went somewhere else and gotten one for much cheaper. Will not be going here once this certificate is used up. I miss the Chick-Fil-A!
I've been here numerous times and sometimes the food is amazing and other times it's disappointing. The lack of consistency is the basis for this review. I purchased the Tim's sandwich today and below is what I received: two pieces of thinly sliced turkey. Two slices! On a sandwich that costs over $7! I could go to the grocery store and buy a pound of thinly sliced turkey for the same price. This was a sad ending for an otherwise delicious lunch. Please Crema staff, be consistent with your sandwiches if you want to build a loyal client base. You are one more disappointing sandwich away from losing another customer.
This is my favorite coffee spot downtown. The guys that work here are super friendly! They serve food quickly and the coffee is great. I've never been disappointed and I go here at least 3x a week. Much better than the Starbucks across the street.

The beacon egg cheese bagel was great. Taste like a sandwich from home.( NYC ) We did takeout the first day. Dine in the next.
