Grind Cafe

Been here 3 times and the food is always outstanding, including breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Coffee is nothing to rave about unfortunately.

Best coffe, environment, service, that I have ever had, but the books are not for sale. It has the atmosphere to include all age groups, just sit back and relax with your favorite coffee, and you will meet nice people!

What a delightful place! Perfect atmosphere and vibe. This is what a coffee shop should be and yet it is muscular more. They have the brews, the sweets and the quiche!!!

Arrived for lunch and only had four sandwich items available due to lack of staffing. I know the staff was doing all they could but cannot say we enjoyed our dining experience.

Favorite coffee shop here in downtown Morganton. Perfect for a lunch break, the food and drinks are great (love the Chai). Cozy, inviting atmosphere makes me feel at home. The staff at Grind Café are always a pleasure.

So sad to see none of the employees wearing masks. I chose to get my coffee somewhere else. An employee asked me if I wanted her to put on a mask. By that time she had already breathed on me. The person preparing the food did not have a mask. This is a cute eatery. Sad, it appears to not be following recommend guidelines and safe practice where Covid is concerned.

Both the food and the drinks are good here. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a cup of joe, the Grind is a good place to go. Check out the upstairs area on the weekend for a special treat: live music and beer and wine!

First Time in Morganton, NC. Walked in to check out the menu, wasn't sure what we wanted.Walked out. Walked back in greeted by Dena. Glad we came back. One of the tastiest Omelette's ever! Great hidden gem. The only item I would add to the dish is some Home style potatoes. Oh and a Pepsi! Thank's Dena.

Great coffee, good beer selection, and interesting location. Very clean, and staff is super friendly. Haven't tried their food, yet, but it smells delicious!

Staff never greeted anyone I saw come in. Service was a step or two below The waffle house as was the coffee. The soft drinks were warm and I had to purchase a cup of ice to go with the pastry. Employee's discussed loudly Facebook and personal notes. When I say loudly I mean louder then the conservation I was having.
