In town for a few weeks and Holy Grind Coffee House has proven to be a GREAT office on the road! Great drinks, great staff and a great setting! Not too loud and not too quiet. They regularly can be seen keeping everything clean, including the restrooms. Various styles of seating options are amazing!
I highly recommend this place for your coffee needs if you're ever in Kannapolis!

Best coffee shop I've ever visited!! The atmosphere was perfect for somewhere to get a cup of coffee with a sweet snack and have quiet conversation, study or just sit and relax. I ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino with a chocolate muffin and both were delicious and reasonably priced. My daughter tried the sweet tea and even that was delicious. Great customer service and very clean. Definitely recommend this place, I will be going back regularly!

Cafe carmel blended was great with whipped cream. My wife had taste of eden (kind of apple pie flavor). It was good too but I liked mine better. ;) Service was fine. Nice atmosphere. Relaxing. Give it a try if you are in the area.

We've always loved the location in China Grove but Kannapolis location does not know how to make good drinks. Love the Vibe and the setup but the coffee isn't good. The last two times the proportion of flavor-to-coffee is so bad. I ordered a frozen raspberry mocha, tasted like they forgot the coffee. It was like drinking raspberry flavored syrup with chocolate syrup on top. I offered it to my husband, he couldn't drink it. Offered it to my 12 yr old sister, she said it was nasty. It went in the trash. Waste of $

The coffee was COLD, was suppose to be hot. The service was HORRIBLE!!! I had a gift certificate and the young lady had no idea how to apply it. She also had no idea about what came in their drinks. She asked for assistance but the other young lady had no idea either. The coffee finally came and it was the worst cup of coffee I have had in a while. Their pastries came from Sam's Club, with a marked up price. I will NEVER RETURN and I love coffee. I say GO TO THE FRENCH EXPRESS less than 5 minutes down the street. They are much much better! Their coffee tastes much better.

Just went inside the nice building and stood at the count for 5 minutes, listening to 2 employees talking in the back. No one came to take my order after coughing loudly, so i would be heard so with no help i left with nothing. Need a bell out front to ring for assistance or bell on the door to be heard or someone out front waiting for customers. How easy would it be to get a bad guy behind the counter with no one watching the front.

I have been debating whether to leave a review or not, but I feel like the public needs to know what goes on at The Holy Grind. I worked there over a year. First off the pay is horrible and the managers took away the barista’s electronic tips. They claimed that they were being taxed twice.I know many ppl you work in the restaurant industry and asked them about the double taxation on credit card tips. Every single one told me that, that wasn’t true… if the baristas gave the managers an idea on how to do something better the managers would belittle their idea and act like that only their ideas were the only good ones. I personally had the managers steal a prize that I had won for selling the most gift cards at Christmas. They keep the pastries in a refrigerator that doesn’t even work. There have been several times that the pastries have had mold on them bc they were not stored properly. Also our caramel, chocolate and white chocolate would be filled every night. They never let the bottles run completely out so we could wash the before refilling them. I got fussed at one time bc the caramel was spoiled and there was mild in the rim of the bottle so I dumped all the caramel out and then scrubbed the bottle with soap and scolding hot water. I got fussed at and was told I should have saved the spoiled caramel. We were always out of supplies bc the managers didn’t know how to do their job properly. The manager accused one of my very best friends of stealing coffee beans bc she didn’t stay on top of keeping the beans ordered!!I know this is supposed to be a Christian establishment but I can tell you this these managers didn’t act Christ like at all. They were very two faced and just down right nasty, cruel and they take advantage of ppl especially young teenagers bc that’s all that they can really get to work there

This is one of the best kept secrets in the Charlotte region. Just north of Concord in sleepy Kannapolis, this Christian based coffee shop is a laptop toting coffee drinker's dream. Huge windows, tons of comfy seating, tables, bar & stool seating, couches, bean bags, arm chairs, sit wherever it feels 👍 right. The environment is laid back and family oriented. Work while your favorite Christian music plays in the background. Each cup has a handwritten phrase like Jesus Loves You on it. The Staff is warm, fast and fun to talk with. Do bring a sweater if you like to be warmer and maybe an extension cord. Food is pastries only - delish! You can bring your own too. Other than that, they have a drive thru window, lots of parking and the 🚻 restrooms are very clean.

Stopped by for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't sure what to get and Carli hooked me up with the perfect cup of coffee. Best coffee I've had in a long time. If you're thinkin starbucks, try this place instead! Great prices, great service and excellent coffee. Thanks Carli! Will definitely make this a regular stop.
