Cathy's Coffee

Visited the coffee shop this morning for the first time ever. Was greeted by Cathy herself what a nice lady. Got a regular coffee and a chocolate muffin. Very nice place with great service and coffee/pastries. Will be back again.

Super Friendly staff, really cool "market" on Saturday but iced-coffee was just okay. It tasted like regular coffee, brewed as regular hot coffee, and put in the fridge. If you're into cold brew then you'll notice the difference.

I went to the place with my daughter in order to support local business and regreted almost immediately. Not only we were not even greeted but we were rushed and treated in a very demeaning manner. We had smiles on our faces when we walked in but the owner and her helper interrupted us in an angry tone when we were trying to ask questions about vegan options for my daughter. What a disappointment. There was not even a line so We weren't holding anyone up. We planned on having a nice morning together but those women really turned is off. I do not recommend going there.

Besides having the best coffee around there are so many o ther things to like about Cathy's coffee.
They also have teas and fruit smoothies, pastries, muffins, egg sandwiches, amazing quiche and oatmea...l perfect for a quick breakfast or you can hang out and enjoy.
That's the best thing about Cathy's...plenty of space to spread out & do your thing, meet people, or ust hang out with the locals.
Everything you could want is at Cathy's that's why it's my favorite place!

This has turned into one of my favorite local hot spots. I'm a Starbucks lover, but after going to Cathy's Coffee I'm hooked. Cathy offers several delicious latte options for vegans and lactose intolerant. My favorite is a soy latte. When I'm up for a treat, I'll add a pump of pumpkin spice syrup. Cathy also has yummy home baked goods from a local baker. The mini coffee crumb cakes and almond poppy seed muffins are to die for. What ever your coffee or tea desires are, you'll be sure to find it at Cathy's Coffee.

Cathy's Coffee is a great little one-off cafe with lovely decor, excellent coffee and tea served in real mugs, and a variety of fresh pastries. My only regret is that there are no evening hours at all and Saturday is only 9am-noon.

Delicious pastries and coffee. Nice little place in Indian Trail. I really wish they had later hours especially during the week and we're open on Sunday. Sometimes after work I like to grab a snack and usually don't get home until after 3.

First time coming in yesterday. Cathy was wonderful and accommodating to my dietary restrictions! I look forward to seeing her again and trying more things at this coffee shop!

Cathy's is awesome! Shes got good coffee and gluten free bakery items that are delish and even celiac friendly. Love everything about it!

Discovered this place thru a networking event and absolutely LOVE it! Great cozy atmosphere and the owners are really nice...... not to mention the coffee is delicious. If you're in the mood for a special treat try the nutella flavored coffee!
