Waterbean Coffee

Excellent atmosphere. It got a Vietnamese coffee and a coffee cake. The cake was delicious and a huge slice. The coffee was very good, but quite small for the price.

The coffee here is great but that’s about it. The food is good but feels overpriced if you’re trying to feed a few kids. We stopped here for breakfast after staying in a nearby hotel. There is tons of outdoor seating and there is a green space right in front that was great for kids to run around. The bathrooms were awful however and when you have kids it just super disappointing to have to manage that process in a nasty bathroom. The garbage cans in the stalls were completely full from the day before (we were there before 8am) and the cobwebs hanging from the ceiling were covered in dust so it’s been a while since that bathroom had a good cleaning. The handicap stall was also super dusty- the walls, the baseboards, the handicap rails 🤢. If you just want a nice coffee its a great break from Starbucks but just go somewhere else to pee.

Great place to grab a nook with a family member and get out for a little while.

Very clean, the cashier was very nice. Some friends and I used the meeting room for about 2 hours. It got really hot back there with the door closed so we had to open it which I didn't really care for because of the nature of the meeting. Also my lemon poppy seed muffin was dry from sitting in the warmer up front. The muffin gets 2 stars. I also ordered an iced vanilla latte which was decent (4 stars) The place overall is worth 3.5.

10/10 every time my team and I work from Waterbean. Great service, and somehow they attract the best patrons. My favorites: Peanut Butter Latte or a Snickerdoodle Latte!

My visit Sunday morning was without a moment's wait. Arrived at 10: 15 am and expected it to be packed but there were a few couples and singles at tables. The cashier was very detailed and the cook, as attentive. The breakfast sandwich, Egg/Ham/Cheese Croissant was perfectly perfect. Lots of clean, open space, with lovely cafe decor. The service was on point the prices reasonable and the staff very hospitable!

As a busy REALTOR®️ I popped in early 8:15am. Zoey, and Asia took expedite care of my order quickly. They are a joy. The Best kept Secret are their Macaroons. Trust me, Try One!

Nice place with friendly staff, but its way too cold in there. The staff say they have been instructed by the owner not to turn up the heat or turn on the gas fireplace. I could barely feel my fingers while trying to work in here. Other than this comfort, would recommend for take out unless your a penguin.

The coffee was pretty good. We tried to macadamia milk and it was amazing. We also had a vegan smoothie and it was very good.

The ladies working here are always great! I come in at least once a week right now and spend a few hours there each time. I come back for the nice atmosphere, great service, and comfortable chairs!
