Emerson's Coffee

We came up to Hickory to meet our son who is a student at App State. We had lunch & found Emerson’s Coffee. A sweet young lady took our order & she told me this location has been here for decades. I think that’s fantastic! The boys got their coffee & I shared the large with my husband. It was very good coffee. I have a thing against bitter coffee, Starbucks tends to be a bit too much for me. Emerson’s Coffee was perfect!

This is one of the best coffee shops in Hickory if not the best coffee shop in hickory. They have something for everyone me personally I'm an espresso dark coffee drinker and they definitely have that for me. They also offer ground coffee of any flavor they have on hand for you to take home. They are very willing to help explain different coffee flavors and what comes in them. Very friendly staff

My favorite coffee shop ever. The baristas are always super nice and welcoming. I had a chocolate cold brew they had during the summer. I recently found I'm allergic to coffee but luckily, they make a mean London fog.

They have the best coffee drinks in my opinion. And I've had coffee from South Florida to Boone. Not cheap but a nice treat.

Decent for a quick sippy. Prices ok. Very small store, but well decorated and other things to purchase.

Our go to spot. Great selection, friendly staff. Very fast. I highly recommend this place if you are shopping. We will go back.

I got an iced “cozy sweater” latte - I believe that’s what it was called. It was a cinnamon honey latte, and it was absolutely lovely! Like fall in a cup ☺️
I definitely recommend stopping by - not only is their shop in the mall highly aesthetically pleasing to be in & look at, but their coffees and other drinks are usually all very good. I’d probably even prefer this shop over a Starbucks.

My first time ever going to Emerson‘s coffee and I spoke with the sweetest guy ever! His name was Liam. I didn’t know what to get so he recommended me something I wasn’t too sure about but I went for it. He has an amazing personality and very friendly and come to find out I absolutely loved my drink thank you so much Liam!!!

This place is amazing. They make the best coffee and has great employees. We go there every chance we get.
