one of my favorite coffee shops. Mix of college students and local residents. Expect bands on the weekend. No parking, but you can probably find a 2 hour slot on a road nearby. fast wifi.

Tasty and collegey! The barista was very nice and the coffee was decent. Great to grab and iced coffee if you're walking around or want a place to sit and sip while reading or working on your computer

I had my first american breakfast here :) It is very cosy to hang out with your notebook while you sip on your coffee having a delicious wrap. They have so much awesome food and snacks to choose from. It is easy to forget the time and enjoy the campus life with a lot of different students from all around the world coming and going. Check it out when you visit UNCG.

Coffee and place are really good, I think the food could improve, maybe it is because there is no proper kitchen. That's a pity, that is a really nice place

My favorite coffee shop in Greensboro. Austin knows me by name. I always see regulars coming in there and ordering their usual. The jazz/artistic atmosphere is well done.

I've been going to Tate Street Coffee since I was a pre-teen. The drinks and food are great! It's a nice, cozy little coffee shop where you can stop in for a drink, meet with friends, or do homework. I love it!

This had been a favorite place of mine for years, but I recently visited and noticed a poster in the back of a white woman dressed in American Indian style dress, acting like she was going to skin another white man. This form of cultural appropriation is gross and bigoted. I would like to rate this coffee shop higher, but can’t until they remove this poster. This is demeaning to the native people of our country and this level of insensitivity is not what I would expect from this coffee shop. I can’t continue to support this place when they post stuff like this on their walls. I don’t care if the poster is meant to be funny, it’s a hurtful stereotype of an oppressed group of people.

They Have, in my opinion the best coffee in the Boro, the atmosphere is very chill, and the staff are very courteous and friendly.
I've been going there for 25 years, and I hope to be able to go for another 25.

This quaint little place is a great place to have a cup of coffee and read a book. I was able to study for a class comfortably on a cozy couch and read in peace.
Tasty treats and great specialty coffees.
My go to place when I am in town.

Let me start off by saying the coffee is AMAZING AND THE SAUSAGE AND EGG BAGEL. The cashier seemed kind of impatient but it was my first time in there. Will definitely be my go to place when I'm on my way to work at the uncg caf
