Cool Beans Cat Cafe

While visiting some friends in Gastonia, they made sure to bring me to cool beans cat café… I loved it! I wish we had something like this at home. Besides getting to have coffee and desserts with some of the coolest cats in the world, I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and nicer people to meet.

I love cats and coffee so this is the perfect spot! The cats are so sweet and loving, and the staff is super friendly! Absolutely will be stopping here on my next trip through!

Visited Cool Beans Today with my husband and his Cousin and we had the best time! I had the Chai Latte and it was to die for! Julianna was the best as she ALWAYS is! And I absolutely fell in love with Olive and Opal they were such a joy to play with! I can't wait to go back and play with them some more!

Bad coffee, small hot "sitting area", cat area was really nice but you can't really enjoy the cats with all the rules. You can't pick up and they warn you that they're rescues so they may be timid. So you're nervous you're going to scare them. It has so much potential, I hope it gets better.

Great coffee and so close to my house! I've gone to see the cats once (they are in a separated area which you pay a small fee to enter) but the other times I've gone just to get a latte which are delicious and service is so fast and friendly!

cats and coffee? sign me up! i’ve been to a few cat cafés and the set-up here with the cats is typical of how it works. the cats are rescues, so the fee helps with the cost of adoptions. and as rescues, not picking them up is for everyone’s care and concern :)

my friends and i went to this place thinking we would have fun together. the owner was off with us from the start. we were a little bit crazy but weren’t harming the cats. one of my friends was waiting for his mom to get him when he heard the owner talking bad about my friends and i. she called us crazy and called our conversation stupid. the cats frank, sherlock, and another grey cat were sneezing and sherlock sneezed on my friend. frank and sherlock sneezed blood in their phlegm and the owner still allowed the three cats to be around children and a baby. bad place. do not waste your time here.

I absolutely love this place. The staff are super friendly, fair priced, and adorable cats! There is NO OTHER place like this around, I would 10/10 recommend checking this place out, you will not be disappointed. I will be back.

A great coffee shop that was REALLY needed for Downtown Gastonia. I didn't do the cat petting thing but I will definitely be back with my son for that. I just sat in the main area which has tables and chairs and relaxed.
