If I could give this location 10 stars I would. The staff was very nice and patient with my party. Having 4 little girls order in a row is a lot and they were very patient. The food was very good and hot ! There was a good variety of meat options and I was happy that there wasn’t just sandwiches. The platters were a hit for the girls. The restrooms were very clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommending stopping by if your are in the area!

If I was able to rate this store with 0 star's, I would. Service was horrible! My Pancake Platter, pictures below, was a mess. The best way I could describe them looks as if someone bit them and put them in the box. When I took them back to the store, the manager had a grin on her face the whole time I chatted with her and could only say that no one bite them, duh it was a metaphor. Then said, " So what do u want me to do, give you some more pancakes"? Sure, I'll wait for them while the rest of my food is cold. She then went to re-cook the meal and it came back with barely any eggs. I'm so disappointed but they will never get any of my business again and I work on Fort Bragg, I will alert my friends and co-worker's as well. Definitely good flavor, fast and easy through the driveway. Food was correct and good. The hash browns tasted old. Overall good breakfast

The food was very good. The staff was good, but that wait time was to long. Although this was my first time ordering actual food, them biscuits was life yes honey good.

This was our first time here. The order greeter that met us outside in drive through was very nice and helped us place our first order. The process was quick and easy. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the ultimate sausage biscuit and the ultimate bacon biscuit combo meals.
We will be back.

This is my first experience at the chain, and it was a good one. There is a brief wait for your food which is a good thing. (Very brief). I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it was excellent. The egg is fried with the crispy edges which is a rarity. The servers are very friendly and pleasant. Be sure to check out the biscuits being made in front of your eyes every 15 minutes. You won’t be disappointed here.

This review is for the Biscuitville Drive thru. We ran through after our visit to the dog park. A happy dog hanging her head out the back window prompted the smiling window employee to offer a “dog biscuit” literally a bone shaped biscuit! It is super cute and free! I loved it and so did my dog! The food was just as we ordered. The service was prompt. The employees appeared to be happy. Our experience was good!

Extremely fluffy biscuits! Good prices too! If you're just visiting, it's the best place to go for a warm biscuit.

Tried for first time today. Ordered the loaded sausage on a biscuit. The loaded sausage was missing the load...no onions and peppers. So disappointed. My French vanilla latte was weak
I won't be going back.The loaded smoke sausage platter was 7.79 and the French vanilla latte was 3.19

I went here when it first open, and I still have the same thoughts !

Never again will I ever come back. The only biscuitville is the original one on southern pines the food is nasty and falling apart.
