Excellent latte. Diner vibe. Glad we tried it.

A very cute coffee shop that offers unique, inventive drinks and plenty of vegan milk options (the macadamia milk was so good)! There is also plenty of indoor & outdoor seating.

I have been branching out lately to try new coffee spots and saw this place so I decided to stop in and give it a try. To start, I think the automatic 20% tip is ridiculous. The coffee itself wasn't terrible, but I have absolutely had better. I understand the vibe is a bit rustic on the outside, but it was just dirty. I think there are other places you can go to for some coffee.

Such high quality, tasty coffee drinks. Pleasant indoor and outdoor space. Friendly staff.

Beautiful decor, nice outdoor sitting area and great coffee. I struggle with mobility and the barista seemed very in tune with my difficulty balancing the coffee. They took it outside for me, it was so nice!

The coffee is excellent, but if you’re in a rush probably go somewhere else. I thought ordering ahead would be fine, and I got there 2 minutes after my drink was supposed to be ready but still had to wait in a long line to pick it up which took forever. Most coffee places nearby have online orders much more streamlined.

Looking for a great morning or afternoon pick me up??? Then look no further! This place has some great coffee and fun options. I’m always amazed at how quickly they do the drinks!

Cortadito was absolutely divine. Blueberry muffin was nothing to write home about. Outdoor seating was closed.

Two stars because the iced coffee I got was good and the barista was very friendly. As other reviewers stated, however, they have started charging a 20% tip automatically. They claim this allows them to give their employees a "living wage". I'm all for people getting paid a fair wage but I am not okay with this backhand way of doing it. To make things worse, the dining room wasn't even open so the amount of customer interaction is minimized. Finally, after ringing of the order, I was asked if I want to add an additional tip on top of the 20%. Keep in mind, this is a coffee shop where you order and pick up your drink at the counter.
If you, as an owner, can't afford to pay your employees a fair wage, raise the prices on the menu! The only reason you wouldn't do this is to conceal the price increase from your costumers which is incredibly dishonest. I will not be returning to Cocoa Cinnamon after this experience.

This place has pretty much become a coffee kiosk. Not so good of an experience at this location. Drinks taste perfectly fine and there are a few seats outside that are pleasantly covered by umbrellas. None of the seating inside is available still, which is frustrating. Despite having no state-mandated mask policy anymore, you have to wear it outside when you walk up to the window to purchase. The wifi is disconnected, so if you were planning on getting some work done, you'd have to hotspot. The real kicker is that even though you are getting no real service (walking up to order, picking it up yourself, and can't use any of the facilities inside) they automatically add gratuity in your purchase.
