Openroad Coffee Roastery

This is a great coffee shop we stopped by on the way back home. We had the frappes and they were delicious. What I liked about them was that they were not drowning in artificial sugary sweet syrup and all the ingredients in the baked goods and coffee were local or made in-house. Also the atmosphere was cozy, neat, and was big enough to fit our crowd of about twenty people.

My coworker and I popped in to finish work on our laptops. It was a great work/study environment with reasonable prices and quick bites. I will definitely be dropping by again the next time I'm working in town!

Such a hidden gem! The caramel apple chai was out of this world good! Probably the best chai I’ve ever had! The local sandwiches and eggnog were also delicious, and the cafe pastries are the perfect addition to your coffee. So thrilled we stumbled on this place! The staff were so friendly and even gave us restaurant recommendations for dinner! A MUST if you’re traveling through! ❤️

Great place to stop if traveling down I-26 in the Columbus NC area. I meet there weekly Tuesday mornings with friends for a bible study.

This place is amazing! NC's best coffee house in my book. The coffee is fantastic, organically sourced fresh from honduras. the pastries are delicious, and they have GF options which is great for my wife. Plus other healthy selections that I didn't try (Milk, Kombucha, etc.)
Another plus was that it felt so good to be in a relaxed place, surrounded by regular people not being paranoid and wearing muzzles. If I could rate an extra star I would!

Excellent stop for a coffee and a few hours of work. 3 reasons I enjoyed my experience: 1. The wifi was exceptionally quick 2. The staff were all curtious and cheerful 3. The coffee was delicious. I highly recommend if you are in the area! This would be a regular spot for me if I lived in Columbus. Also, I didn't have one but the baked goods looked tasty as well

My party of three got specialty coffees. It was really good.. The atmosphere was vey cizy.

Wonderful baked goods, friendly and very helpful staff! Always a pleasure to visit! Their gluten free options are delicious, but go early, they disappear fast!
